If you want a very reliable, professional, timely, and superior customer service-oriented company to assist you with your Air Conditioner /Heating replacements or repairs then look no further than AQUINAS HEATING VENTILATION AND AIR CONDITIONING (Aquinas HAVAC Inc. San Jose, CA). This company is rated number one in my book. This company was recommended by Johnston Supply Company and was able to replace our FirstCo Air handler unit within 3 days versus the FirstCo mfg. (Texas) and other competitors needed 10-12 weeks or more. We were without AC for over a month and it was horrific. Once, I called AQUINAS and reached Clayton Costella on the phone he was able to get the unit for me within 3 days and quickly installed the new handler for us within days not months. I was truly amazed at the professionalism, response time, a written contract and confirmation for installation day and time solidified. The price was beyond reasonable and you beat out another company that would have taken 10-12 weeks to even receive the unit from the mfg. I am truly amazed, this air handler required cutting into dry wall and only a few HVAC specialist can even do this job; which requires a multi-faceted approach with the water heater connection, welding and soldering, etc. I will be spreading the word to the neighbors and next-door neighbor for 4S Ranch they are going to need this company. I spent hours and a lot of phone calls even locating a company that could even do this job. I want to thank Clayton beyond words, the AC installers (Jordan and Dennis) (You both were truly amazing as well, professional and experts at your job), and the full Aquinas Team for making this transaction go so smoothy and comfortable.
