ARAC Roof It Forward- Nashville

In Oct 2025, I paid Roof It Forward $2,950 to have my brothers roof power washed, let dry over night, and then 2 coats of sealant applied the next day. It was just brought to my attention on Monday, that the roof was NOT power washed ... and only 1 coat of sealant was applied. The work was witnessed by my brothers neighbor and brought to my attention on Monday ( the 1st time we have spoken since I had the work done ) while we were talking about another issue at my brothers home.. I had no way of knowing this before I paid for the work, and thought it had been done as stated in my contract. I have notified Roof It Forward , and was met with hostility and refusal to do anything. Stating everything was done according to the contract. They went so far as to say the neighbor was "slandering" their company and not telling the truth, and asking for "video proof or pictures" of the work being done. I told them the neighbor had no reason to do these things, and did not know what was supposed to have been done until I mentioned it to him on Monday. It was at that time I found that the work was NOT done per my contract, and what I had paid for ! I am not happy with his situation, and was highly over charged for what was actually done, and would like at least 1/3 of my money back. It is too late to go back now, and clean the roof correctly ( power wash it) since a coat of sealant was already applied over dirt and debris..

Our sales rep Jacob was wonderful to work with. After State Farm denied our claim, Jacob took tons of pictures showing hail damage everywhere to fight State Farm. A new storm disaster team field adjustor came out, approved complete replacement on our house & 1800 sq ft shop! A few days later, the shingle delivery arrived, and next morning the roofing crew was on-site at 7am, covering all our plants with tarps. One side had my heirloom rose garden - they handed down the old shingle strips a piece at a time and threw them directly into their trailer. Not one Petal or branch was lost!! The house was finished same day, shop by noon 2nd day. Cleanup was meticulous - hardly any nails found afterwards. If you have been denied a claim with your insurance company, these guys know how to fight back & get positive results! They did 6-8 homes on 2 streets in our subdivision! Jacob is the best!!!

Russell helped me out on my roof replacement after some storms came through, leaving a big pine on my cabin’s roof. He was prompt, knowledgeable, courteous, and effective. He made dealing with the insurer a breeze and his crew did good work. He was in communication with me the whole way. Highly recommend!

OUTSTANDING!!! I CANNOT be any more thankful for this company! Having an active leak in a dead valley I needed it repaired ASAP. Another company completely stood me up and chose not to even call to inform us of any details why. ROOF IT FORWARD was able to come out and do the repair that very same day! Terry with ARAC Roof It Forward has been amazing to work with. I had a few roofing professionals to inspect a roof at one of my listings in the Nashville area. Terry separated himself from the others by taking a video while on the roof to visually show and explain his findings. This video was unique, informative, and very helpful to the owners and I to determine the next steps to take. After following up with Terry on a call, the sellers decided to move forward with Terry/ARAC Roof It for replacement. Terry’s service did not stop there. Terry has helped the sellers with the claim, meeting with adjuster on site, and his communication throughout the process has been top notch.
