Rafael was very reliable and knowledgeable as I mentioned to him my Mom is 94 yrs old and it was 57°in her condo. Rafael skip another job to come and take care of my mom's furnace That means alot to us. He came and diagnosed the problem and ordered the parts the following day, when parts came in he was there fixing the unit. I highly recommend him and will use him in my home

Our upstairs heating wasn’t working. I called around 3am left a voice message. They returned my call when they opened around 8:30am. The serviceman Ralph’s arrived around 1pm. He examined the system explained the problem 2nd floor air bound. He bleed the system. Part of the system was frozen. He explained the process told us to wait 24 hours to see if it thawed naturally which it did. He didn’t try to upsell the service. We were pleased with the results and will continue to use this service company for our maintenance needs in the fut

Ralph looked over everything thoroughly and gave us an estimate. He came to do the repairs in less than a week. Ralph explained everything concisely and was happy to answer any questions. He is very knowledgeable, reliable, and careful. We have older units that were difficult to take apart and put back together; however, Ralph knew exactly what to do and handled the problem easily. He was very professional, careful of his surroundings, and cleaned up afterwards. He even helped us move some of the furniture back, which was unexpected and kind. Both my wife and I were impressed by his superior service. To top it off, Ralph is a great person! We are delighted with the wonderful job that he did. Highly recommend!

Ralphie of AR AIR Corp is the best HVAC technician we've ever had since owning heat pumps for over 3 decades, we're so pleased to have a service contract with AR AIR CORP so we will never have deal with a unskilled technician like last week when the Condenser stopped working in the heat wave with 95 temps I'm my house . The former technician who couldn't find the control board part that I easily found online and missed all other problems in the unit leaving a mess of wires . It took 3 hours in the hot sun Ralphie figured all the problems out in the Condenser and got it working again. Ralphie went out his way to help us because my husband has Parkinson's and he felt for us in his condition and that he is kind person who cares ! Ralphie explains everything in detail and has shown us as the owner of AR AIR CORP IS HE HONEST AND RELIABLE , I will highly recommend AR AIR CORP to my neighbors and friends and put their Business card in HOA CLUBHOUSE . The service provided by Rafi from AR Air Corp was outstanding. Everything he did in finding my Freon leak, repairing this leak and recharging my Fujitsu DC Inverter was fully explained to me and completed in a timely manner. I would definitely recommend this service and use this company again.
