It was horrible - Rich was full of lies and we gave him every opportunity to correct but never did he have the courage to di so. We paid him over 76k and to add insult to injury - he put a dumpster at our house - brought other trash from his other job sites and dumped it in but then said he could not afford to pay so in addition to the other mess this was another $2200 out of our pocket. Thank God we stopped paying him or that money would have been lost too. Worse is he said the mother of his child stole from the company's bank account and then had to go into rehab. "I treated this man like family and knew we had some family trouble he had another builder start job and other builder left we took over and framed his whole house correctly and passed our inspections he decided to pull his credit card payment back and we stoped work I don't appreciate him airing our family issues on this platform because he has many but it's not a place to air them but he feels like it makes him feel better we had no issues to finish his house but he didn't want to wait for us to get our manpower in order yes we and alot of companies have experienced manpower issues this year and we worked through"

The contracted work began in June 2021, went slow but seemingly well. Then trouble started due to owners personal issues. Delays were becoming as frequent as the excuses. We finally ordered and paid for our own siding and our own windows to keep the work moving (we paid the subcontractor outside of the monies already paid to Rich) The window ordering delays were blamed on an employee that was fired. We were asked for more money to keep working, even though we had paid $75,000 so far and we’re now paying for materials… In September when we asked Rich repeatedly to remove and replace the overflowing dumpster on our property (filled from other jobs!) he said he could not call the company because he could not pay them. He said he was going to declare bankruptcy…we haven’t heard from him since. Beyond Renovations office is vacant and phone # and website disconnected. NOW we see “Arb Builders group, llc” pop up with Rich all over it…. Beware of this person and company, do your research and understand he has walked out on not just us, but others. We are also finding some of the work completed has to be redone to pass inspections. Not a reputable company to do business with.

Please check this company’s Google and BBB reviews. I made the mistake of only looking at Angi’s reviews and Rich started a project, did a horrible job stole my money and dodged my calls and now I’m going to have to sue him and get the police involved. If you go with him he will put you through ****, his workers barley ever showed up and when they did they did a horrible job damaged everything in my house and the few things they did complete have caused water damage and forced me to hire other contractors to fix. Not sure how on Angi’s his reviews don’t match everywhere else but pleas do your research this company is a scam his own employee’s are willing to testify on my behalf that this man is crook.

"first off this first bad review from a customer we have had and not sure what he is talking aboubt we never got a call aboubt any water leak he was very happy when bathroom was complete we try to please everyone and little do they know the people on Google reviews we never did jobs for that was employee that was dismissed and decided to write a bunch of negative reviews we also have an extensive list of customers that can be called and tell you how happy they are we try to please everyone some people can't be no matter how hard we try we actually encourage new customers to go look at our work and call past customers if this man is not happy with job we can post and show plenty of pics of his finished bathroom"

Rich took my money and they didn’t do the job he spent the money on himself, claimed he buy supplies but did not .I paid my money over 3 months now and nothing is done for me even his staff left because he’s not paying them worst place ever claimed they in business over 30 years lie lie lie bunch of scammer I don’t recommend them at all

The experience was top notch from beginning to end. We started with a blank space of around 2,000sqft and we were looking for a finished basement with lots of high end trimmings. The pricing was competitive and Rich was extremely genuine and excited to start the project. Rich and his team executed the project flawlessly. They installed a custom cedar sauna, gym with rubber flooring and 5ft glass panelling all the way around giving us a real gym experience, full tiled bathroom and so much more! During these crazy times, thanks for giving my family an extra place to relax and have a great time.I will definitely use your services in the future!

Rich's crews did a fantastic job of remodeling my bath to a beautiful modern bathroom with tile floor and tile shower, new vanity, toilet, a remarkable job, with all the work that was accomplished and all done in 1 week as promised. My wife is extremely happy with the transformation, and would highly recommend Rich and his crew do do any remodeling that you need done. I will definitely call them back for future work, hopefully next year of replacing wall to wall carpeting with waterproof vinyl planking.

This group of men were wonderful start to finish. They came one day with an estimate, and as soon as I signed the contract, they were on the project. They asked me when I needed it done, materials, colors. I was very impressed by their professionalism, quality of work and the job was just beautiful. I would definitely use this group again and recommend them highly. That's guys for your help and great quality of work.

We had a problem we never thought could be resolved. A friend began constricting of a storage shed in our backyard, then he disappeared leaving the job only half finished. We contacted Beyond Renovations in the desperate hope that they could help us. Within 24 hours they were out at look at the shed. Gave us a very fair estimate. A couple of days later a two-man crew was out. The shed was finished and painted in about a day-and-a-half. We could not be more pleased. We will definitely hire this company for any work we need done in the future.

Rich and his crew, including Ryan, provided excellent communication and were punctual. On the one occasion that they were running late on another job, they contacted me to let me know, and that little bit of professional courtesy goes a long way. And I could always tell that once they arrived, the crew was working very hard. What should have been a three-day job took five days, which was disappointing. The work itself was generally good, but by the end, the work was being done in such a hurry that details were missed. For example, there was grout all over the front, side, and legs of the new vanity on the last day. Luckily, I was able to wipe it off with no permanent damage.

The service and work were so superb that I actually hired Beyond Renovations instead of the previous contractor to remodel my kitchen and install new kitchen flooring. Rich and his crew have also performed numerous side jobs for me as well such as waterproofing and hydraulic cementing my basement as well as cutting and trimming trees. As a single female homeowner I appreciate that Rich does not try to take advantage of me as many contractors have and he has the best pricing i have yet to find anywhere around. I highly recommend Beyond Renovations for any of your home remodeling or specific project needs!!!
