<p>They arrived promptly as scheduled with all necessary equipment,  Immediately laid plywood over area of lawn where equipment needed to be moved.  </p> <p>Limbs for removal were carefully selected to make sure all weak and dead limbs were removed while maintaining a well balanced canapy.  </p> <p>All debris was cleaned up and removed before they left for the day.</p> <p>We were extremely pleased with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone!</p> <p><br /></p> <br />

All work was done as planned.  They arrived on time and the crews worked very efficiently.  They finished all of the work in less than 7 hours. At the end of the job, Jay showed all of the work completed to ensure our satisfaction before payment. <br />

Jay was out at about 11:30 a.m. to give us an estimate. He said that he could do it this very afternnon as his schedule had a hole in it. Otherwise, we would have to wait a few days as he had other customers scheduled. The estimate was right on my estimate for the work. We shook hands and said OK. His crew arrive about 1:00 p.m. from another job with the truck and the chipper. They immediately began work to dismember the large limb...believe me it was big. In about 2 1/2 hours the job was done. It also included the removal of a dead dogwood tree. There was no way my little chainsaw and my back could have done this job, The crew was very friendly. <br />

Excellent from start to finish <br />

They started at the top of the tree with the lift truck and removed branches from top down.  They then proceeded to cut down the three large trunks, which to me required someone with a lot of skill as it was close to our house.  It took about a day and a half to complete the entire project. They are a licensed and insured arborist and we were glad to have them on this job.
