I wouldn't use them again.  At first I a hard time getting in touch with them.  Finally when I did get the appointment they didn't come out when they said they would.  They kind of rushed the job.  I remember showing them what I wanted done and they just kind of rushed through it and not doing everything that I wanted them to do because they were in such a hurry to get away and go to there next job.  They ended up not doing everything.  The service was pleasant once they got here.  The work they did was fine.  They were late when they finally did show up.  They could have responded to a customers phone calls and that would have helped.  Showing up on time would have helped.  They could have found some things out from me ahead of time and that would helped things work out better. 

They did a great job.  They were responsive and cleaned up all the debris.  I would work with them in the future.

I had trouble with them because I wanted to cut down two trees and also pull up the roots and when he came he said that the guy who's gonna take the roots off can't come today but he will come back next week so I paid him for the whole thing.Until now the roots are still there so he offers me $200 more for them to get out here to take care of the roots.

Getting in touch with them and scheduling took forever, but once they came out they did a great job. I've gotten better prices from a landscaping company (as opposed to a tree service) though, so I'll probably find a landscaper to do the same work next time. <br />

I purchased a deal $199 for $400 worth of Tree Service. They came out they trimmed the trees in my backyard. They did a good job everything went well. I would use them again.

Performed on time and mostly well, but they also removed a tree that they weren't asked to, that came close to hitting the house, and then failed to remove it. My neighbor had much the same experience. <br />

There was a lot of scheduling mishaps. When they did get here, they were very quick and efficient. They removed 3 very large trees. They ended up sawing the logs for reuse later. I thought they were very fair with their pricing.

It went well. Arbor Care Tree Service took a longer than we expected for them to complete the job so I guess it’s slow. They cut down the tree but they left the tree here until they got someone to pick it up which is three days later.

Finally got them to come an take down the trees. They mulched and cleaned up, except they left two big logs (and hole in the ground and tore up the lawn). They were supposed to take away the two remaining logs, but after 2 months, still waiting. Have called Adam repeatedly. No return calls. When I do get a hold of him, long story about stolen equipment, etc. Service provider did not complete the work paid for. They have been contacted multiple times and failed to contact me back. Extremely disappointed. <br />

The day they were suppose to do the work their equipment was broken so they came the following day and did some of the work. They are suppose to return to remove the stumps and debris from trimming some of the trees and tie some of the trees back. I had to pay them an additional $250 to trim 21 cypress trees. When they finished, they did not clean up the area where they shredded the limbs and left cigarette butts in the yard. They did a good job trimming the trees but left a mess and has not come back to finish the job. <br />

They left holes in driveway, They tore up the grass... They left big pieces of logs in the yard.

Adam gave me an estimate for removal of 2 trees and debris of $675. He gave me a final bill for $1075 minus $400 Big Deal. He did not explain that his estimate did not include the $400 Big deal.  This would have left a final payment of $275, instead of $675. <br /> The tree service was performed on 2 separate days after several delays and problems with scheduling.  The trees were cut down but 2 ft stumps were left.  I requested that the stumps be cut to ground level the day payment was made. There has been no response. <br />
