Larry and Dave were the 2 that showed up. They got here around 9am and were gone by 11:30am. They worked together well and after they took the tree down and loaded, they raked they yard and got all the little limbs up. I would use this tree service again. I give them a big A+.

It went great. Got the job done and were able to complete an additional job, at a great price, when they arrived.

So Far So Good. I am now watching to see what will be the end result of this service. I was told approximately 8 months will be the time for some results to be seen. Thus far the service has been excellent. I am now waiting to see the results of that service. According to Arbor Tree Tech it will take time for the application to show results. Service cost was $125.00 per tree, per application.

We used them for several years and it was good. The owner was quite amazing how he gets up on the trees, and he's been doing it for a long time. The people worked for him were very polite. He came on the job site frequently and had equipment that can handle the job. He took the things away that needed to be taken care of. The employees do what I asked them to do. He's fair with his price and honest. He didn't try to hide anything and he'll what you ask. Overall, it was a good service. He's accommodating and came to take care the things that should have been addressed.

It was the best tree crew I have ever had at my home... They were on time and worked very quickly and safely... They left the yard cleaner then when they came..The cost of the job was very reasonable. I will never use anyone else for this service again.

These guys were awesome from sales to clean up! They did exactly what we requested, helped us determine which trees were diseased, gave us options to keep/treat vs cut down and helped us bring old trees back to good health, trimmed trees as high as 60-70’ by electrical lines taking all necessary precautions and the only thing left after clean up was a well groomed yard. Will hire again for future needs!

Everything turned out well. The crew showed on time, did a good job without causing any damage, and cleaned up after itself.

In early July, a large limb crashed into my neighbor's yard after a wind storm. The limb, from a huge sweet gum tree in my yard, broke several nearby limbs on its way down. I had a hard time finding anyone who could respond quickly because of a big backlog of tree work due to the unusually wet spring. Arbor MD agreed to give me an estimate right away, but warned the work might be delayed because of the backlog. When owner Jeff Cochran arrived to give me his estimate he realized the limb was blocking the neighbor's shed entrance where he keeps his lawn equipment. Cochran moved the work up and had a crew remove that limb right away. They also removed a couple of large limbs that were broken and dangling in nearby trees to prevent them from falling onto the storage shed. That took care of my immediate problem (and the neighbor's problem). It was a couple of weeks later that the crew returned to start removing the large tree (which had dropped limbs in the past and crushed part of my wooden fence. I had decided to get rid of that tree and a second tree which was growing alongside it and leaning toward my house. Cochran's crew returned a couple of weeks later and first removed the smaller of the two trees using a bucket crane which could easily gain access from an adjoining property. They also removed two large limbs from an elm tree that shades a swimming pool because those limbs were blocking most of the sunlight from the pool. It took about three weeks for the crew to return to finally remove the huge sweet gum tree that was still hanging over the neighbor's shed. They were very efficient and cut all of the trees and limbs so that they fell without damaging anything, including a hosta bed at the base of the big tree. They cleaned up all leaves and branches in the yard and hauled them away, even cutting up some pieces that one of my relatives wanted to use in an ourdoor fire pit. Cochran explained that the delays were caused by some personnel changes in his crew. Both of the crews that did my work were great, and I was grateful for the care and precision they used in the process. I am now planning to hire them later to trim several remaining trees that could pose future problems.
We had damage from June 5 storm and lost large portion of a maple tree. That debris was removed and tree reshaped on June 6th. Prior to this we had an estimate from Jeff to prune, uplift and provide clearance around the house on some of our trees. Returned June 10th for that work and over a 2 day period worked on 34 trees in both the front and back yards inbetween the rain storms we were having that week. Removed all of the limbs and cleaned up so there was nothing else we had to do. He is very thorough and professional and extremely good at reshaping large trees. Having him back for more work when we get approval from the homeowners association about removing a few trees.
Jeff Cochran and his team came and took down the trees and loaded them on their truck. Jeff and I had agreed on $950.00 for the job including the $199.00. When he gave me the bill it was $550.00. He said that they had finished early! Wow! He also had his men remove some old siding I was planning to put in the trash, and he fixed a drain spot that had fallen off!
They were on time and efficient, I will definitely have them come back in fall to plant a tree.
It had been a long time since we had our trees professionally pruned and they were looking pretty shaggy. We were in the market for a tree service at the same time Arbor M.D. ran an Angie's List special, so we called them to try them out. They did a great job with the pruning--the trees look great. They are extremely knowledgable (it seemed that they knew everything about everything that was growing in our yard), very thorough, and nice to work with, all at a fair price (by the way, not zero dollars as shown above; that wouldn't be fair either). I would definitely recommend them and will have them back out the next time we need tree work.

Contractor showed up about two hours late, however, they provided notice early that morning their equipment required maintenance to support this job. Not an issue since none of the trees were going anywhere that morning! It took 7 hours of solid work to complete the job. Many large oak limbs overhung onto my neighbor's property plus a fence cordoned off our yards adding to the difficulty of retrieving the cut limbs onto my property. Jeff, the owner of ArborMD in Memphis, climbed each tree, strung ropes around branches very high in the tree, then tied off the ropes onto the branch to be cut. This rigging allowed the cut limb to be lowered and maneuvered over the fence and unto my property. In my opinion, it was worth my money to watch the expertise Jeff and his crew displayed in getting the job done. Even my neighbor was impressed.

I will hire ArborMD again when the need arises. The price was fair and the work professional. Do yourself a favor and get a quote from these guys!
