John and MIke are honest people and and the came out and took care of my tress. and I used them several times. They got the job done and they are here for several hours.

It went excellent I will call his crew the A-Team. They did a very good job and they clean up everything and left everything nice.

The owner came out for a bid a week before the work was done. One of the crews came out for an emergency trimming for over the roof branches on short notice. Then another crew came out the Dec. 27th about 9a.m. to trim the other tree branches. The crews worked well and cleaned up the branches and blew the patio clean. David, a member of the management team came out near the completion of the job to make sure that the oak cuts were painted. When a neighbor fussed about branches in her yard, he went right over to pick them up. The crew worked about 4 hours and completed all the tasks.

The team of 5 worked non stop for 2 days , were professional and didn't leave a leaf or a twig behind! I can't believe the live oak is the same tree. It looks stunning. No sign of the stumps I had or the dead tree. They are a serious recommend for any tree work and had very fair pricing with proof of insurance!

The guys showed up on time and did a thorough job. They worked safely and with care. And they cleaned up after they finished. A job well done!

I had a huge tree in my backyard that was splitting right down the middle. I discovered the damage on a Sunday so I didn’t think I would be able to get any good help that day. An Arborist referred me to Arbor Oaks. I was able to speak to John (owner) directly and he came out immediately. He was genuinely concerned and arrived with ratchet straps to tie around my tree to keep it secure until I could get it removed. He did this prior to providing me a quote and without knowing if his company would be the ones to remove the tree. That meant a lot. He quoted me a fair price and worked with me on making the payment in a way that would fit my budget. He was easy to talk to, knowledgeable, confident, and professional. He also took the time (on a Sunday) to walk around my entire yard and answer other questions I had about my trees. After the job was complete I was surprised how tidy everything was. This tree was huge and there was a lot of debris. One would have never guessed a tree that size was removed by the time they were done. I was also impressed by their level of thoroughness. They grinded the tree down to nothing…it was completely gone. I thought I was going to have to look at an ugly stump for the next few years. Nope. Also, my backyard is not easily accessible and I have plants everywhere; they were able to cut down the tree and remove all debris without damaging anything. They were extremely mindful of my landscaping and I really appreciated that. They even cleaned up messes they didn’t create. Also, the crew was happy and seemed to really enjoy their jobs. That was nice to see. John followed up with me after all the work was done to make sure I was happy. I intend on using Arbor Oaks again in the future.

We used Arbor Oaks Tree Professionals at the recommendation of my neighbor. This was after the recent high winds uprooted one of our large cedar trees and damaged several others. We had an emergency situation on our hands and they took care of us the day after the storm. It was important to get the uprooted tree gone since it had fallen over into our neighbors driveway. We were so pleased with the job that they did! The stump had to be ground and the owner John came back and did that work a few days after the main cleanup. Anyone can trim your trees, but having a company with the knowledge that John has about what needs to be done is vital to the health of the trees! We will be calling them back this summer for an all over tree trimming!

Awesome! John came out to give me an estimate and was certainly the most professional and knowledgeable of the 3 companies I had come out. Although his price was not the cheapest, it was very competitive with the other bids and there were no high pressure sales tactics used like 1 of the other 2 companies used. The crew came out the next day and had there was no doubt they knew exactly what they were doing. Very courteous and knowledgeable, just as John promised they would be. The best experience I've had with a tree company, EVER!

They are very good. They did a nice job of cleaning up the branches and twigs. They also stacked the wood for us. They hauled away some other brush I had in the front yard.
