They were excellent, they are on time and it was precarious tree but they did manage not damaging the house

We had a very large, dead fir tree. They removed it and did some trimming on other trees in the yard. They worked hard and made sure everything in the estimate was completed. John and crew did a great job!

They came, cut it down, left the stump for new growth, cut up wood for us to keep for firewood and took the rest away - all in about an hour - exactly as they said. Good job!

Mark came out and we discussed the best approach to sustaining life from the row of birches we have. I felt he gave a very economical option that matched my goals. We also discussed options for a new tree and he threw out some good options which I researched - choosing a nice dogwood to replace an old pulm tree. As for the large sweet gum, it was growing fairly dense and we needed to pretty it up some and keep branches off the house. <br /> <br /> The crew came out just a couple of days after we chose the dogwood and did all the work. We first reviewed the work order and discussed the winds that were gusting that day. I appreciated that the crew openly discussed what they were comfortable with. Due to weather we changed around the plan slightly, but ended up with an excellent result (working on the spruce and sweet gum more and leaving a little of the higher parts of the birches for later review). (Mark called during the day to discuss the weather to make sure that I was happy with the changes.) I can happily report that after an especially strong storm blew in the day after the work, I had no limbs on the ground. Without this work I'm sure I would have had some very ugly breaks and large branches on the ground. <br />

They did a great job and would use them again. Their estimate was by far the best and they were very professional, knowledgeable, and worked quickly.

They were great. I ended up choosing them because they could do the work fast, as I needed it done right away. They did a good job and cleaned up well, it looks great. I would hire them again in the future.

The problem was getting them out to give an estimate. They were not very responsive. Once they came out the work was performed well and I think that the trees should do well. I will need to wait until next season to see the full impact of the treatment.

I first called them to get a quote. A member of their team came and gave the quote. I then called them to schedule the appointment. This did not go as well, I basically had to go through the whole description again with the person taking appointment. She did not give me a fixed time either. Few days later, I got a call to schedule the appointment. But, they did come on time on the day of work, and did a great job. The tree was very close to the house. They removed it efficiently. Also left me a lot of firewood. They cleaned up after their work. I am happy with their work.

Other than the fact that they had to cancel the first appointment (which meant getting permission from a neighbor again to use their backyard) everything went very well. I would emphasize again that some minor damage to landscaping is almost inevitable, especially if you ask for firewood to stay. That said, I would rather have had zero damage. I would give them an A- or B+ given that but there is no A- so I'm going to be nice and say A. A final note, their bid for tree removal was significantly lower than a competitor. (but they don't offer an Angie's list discount.)

Got a recommendation from my plumber estimator and he called his buddy that does the estimating for Arbor Pro. He came out that same day and gave price that I felt was fair. They called a few days later and scheduled and showed up on time. Did a great job on the trees and cleanup was excellent. Will use them again.

James Kinder arrived on time to do the estimate. They took a lot of time looking at the tree in question and providing me with options based on information I gave him. This is an old, huge, elegant Cedar tree that I want to preserve. He really wanted to preserve the tree and reduce the possibility of severe shock. He also suggested deep root feeding. The day the work was scheduled, the company had equipment problems and had to reschedule. They did arrive on the day set, did the work, and left the area around the tree in better condition than before. The tree looks much better, and when the work is done in 2 days, it should be beautiful. My only disappointment is that the deep root cleaning was supposed to happen in September, and I had to call to request the work.

Very good. Quoted a price and stuck with it. Did the work and clean up in one day. Did not damage any of my property or the neighbors. Both trees were very close to houses.

They were prompt and professional. The estimator was a certified arborist as well as the crew lead who conducted the job. The crew lead took the time to explain possible causes for the Cherry's die-off and give me basic pruning info for my Japanese Maples. I would hire them again and recommend them to friends.

They showed up 1 hr early at 7:30am. They used chainsaws before 8am when they said they wouldn't. They did not do a good job pruning the trees. They made a mess and I had to go back out and ask them to clean it up. When I called the office to complain they were rude, but they did give me $75.00 off the bill.

At the very beginning, I had some trouble getting them to come to my house for the initial inspection and estimate. They explained they were short handed and had had a worker injured during one of our wind storms. When he did come out, he offered to waive the usual $100 inspection fee and was very friendly and informative. They did a very good job removing the tree and I was very pleased with the work done. THey told me to call when the cherry tree first leafed out for spraying. I did this, but then they did not actually come to spray for quite some time and after a few phone calls. In summary, great work, only glitch is that they maybe seem to be over-extended man-power wise. Still great company to work with.

THE GENTLEMAN WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL AND DISCUSSED UPFRONT THE JOB HE PLANNED ON DOING. HE ADVISED US HOW HE WOULD CUT IT, BUT KEEP THE BEAUTY OF THE TREE.
