Same comment as above. I will add that my "security" was placed in Angie's List, this company should NEVER be allowed to represent Angie's List ever again, unless Angie's List is a fraud.

"We originally arrived at the member's house and there was a power line running through the middle of the tree. I asked the member to have the power line taken down so we could complete the tree work. She agreed. I was to come back a later date when the power company came to take the line down at 9:00 AM. We arrived at 8:45 AM. The power company did not show until 10:00 AM in the meantime my crew and I moved inoperable vehicle and got set up. The [Member Information Removed] purchased a $1,199 for 8 hours of tree work with 3 guys at total of 24 labor hours. I had 4 guys out there, myself (a climber), and 3 groundsmen for 8 hours a total of 32 labor hours, which gives her 8 free labor hours. I informed the member before we started that this deal would not get the whole tree down that it would most likely take 2 days to finish it completely. I [Member Information Removed] her an [Member Information Removed] of $2,200 total to get the tree down. She told me to get done what the deal covered. After we finished she was satisfied with the work done. She mentioned that someone else had estimated $1,800 to removed the tree. She asked if I would be able to complete it for $600. I told her I could but, I would need to get a lift due to part of the tree being unsafe to climb. It would be a later date before I could get to it. She was okay with that. I returned with lift to complete the additional work. She told me no that she was not going to pay me any extra and that I should do it for the deal she had already purchased. The deal did not mention removing trees completely, only what could be done in 8 hours. I do not know what resolution the [Member Information Removed] wants other than to finish it for free and I am not able to do that. She also told me that my crew were not professionals because they were not all climbers. They have more than 1 years experience in tree work as groundsman, They are more than qualified to run a chainsaw and to haul debris. I have more than 23 years in climbing. One of my groundsman can climb some, he only has about a year experience, he gave me a break from climbing being i was working after breaking my hand, and was recovering. but still did my job effectively."

Adam was supposed to bring a crew of 3 or 4 and work all day on March 30 on various trees. Around mid day, he surprised me by saying he had to go "buy more rope" and asking me for $400 toward the full payment, telling me the crew (which was just 2 young men) would keep working; I thus gave him a check for $400. As he had led me to believe, I expected them to keep working as long as there was daylight (7:00 p.m. or so). At 3:40 p.m., however, I realized I hadn't heard any work being done for quite a while and looked outside. To my amazement, the 2 guys had left, without a word, and Adam never returned that day. The next morning, Adam again did not show up to work (nor did his crew), and not having heard from him even by phone or e-mail, I tried to stop payment on my check, but it had already been paid. I didn't hear from Adam again for over 26 hours from when I realized he'd walked off the job; he left me a voicemail message at 5:47 p.m. March 31, though still with no explanation or apology. Not much work had been done, so I expect him to refund $250 of the $400 he conned me out of. <br /> There were some other issues, less important, which don't bear going into here. <br /> Angie's List has refunded me the $199 I had paid for the Big Deal, which I appreciate. <br />

"I apologize for any inconveniences. The end of March I broke my hand i still went back to work with my hand in a cast! I do my own climbing and it is hard to find reliable help as far as climbers I was out of work for a couple of months and went back to work too soon! I re-broke my hand again. which this time put me out of work completely for 3 months longer I was out of work for the period of end of March till August. All my reviews before my injury were all good reviews. We take pride in our work, and try to satisfy our customers 100% but, under the circumstances it was almost impossible!"

We scheduled it, and there was rain, and the following week there was snow, and when he came his hand was in a cast. The clean up was excellent. They could have taken the leaves with them. They bagged them up, and asked where I wanted them to leave them. I don't have a trash service, I take them to a dump, but the county charges extra for leaves. Before I bought the deal, I looked at the reviews he got. They got the mess so cleaned that my dog found a hole that was covered up with leaves before it was cleaned out. There was a delay in the emails and I wish they had given more information in what was going on at their end. They told me they were going to be here at a certain time, and I had to go for a meeting to my sons school and they were here working when I got back. They did a great job on the clean up, but they were smokers, and they were smoking around the house. I didn't confront them about it, but if the kids were home I would have said something. They should know not to smoke around people's house.

Arbor Quality Tree showed up and removed my huge pine tree that was next to the house. They provided work in a professional manner, were prompt, and got the job done quick and safely. They also cleaned out all my gutters and carried away the leaves in the yard. All the workers were very nice and quick to answer any question I had. They will be my next call when I need tree work done. I would refer them to anyone looking for tree work. <br />

Arbor Quality Tree showed up 10 minutes prior to his estimated arrival time. They removed the my oak tree and ground the stump with in a couple of hours. The other workers trimmed the bushes and gutters. They were very friendly and knowledgeable about tree care and even gave me a few tips for caring for the other trees. They did a excellent job at cleaning up. I would recommend them to anyone looking for an affordable tree service. I will definitely use them again in the future. <br />
