"The first thing this lady said to me when I showed up to do the job was "I'm so sorry that you have to work for this guy." Apparently she doesn't like her new neighbor and she also just likes to bad mouth people as much as she can and I had been super nice to this neighbor, of my customer and even gave her the giant tire swing that was hanging in the tree, after she requested it. Apparently, my customer had just moved in to his house about a year prior to this and she missed the people that used to live there and those peoples children used to play with her grandkids on that tire swing, so she wanted to return it to them. I took it down and had my guys put it in her garage for her. Never asked my customer for permission to do that at all, since i figured it was the right thing to do! I have photos too !!! I do not know how to upload them at this time, though. All of my photos show that I repaired everything very nicely and she still did nothing but complain. She expected sod to be installed to fix the ruts that happened from the chipper. No contractor in the tree or landscape business would ever repair a rut like that because it is far from cost effective and no one ever requests that or expects to not have to wait for grass to grow back! I put topsoil and grass seed down. I replaced a full section of that was right underneath the lowest large limb of the tree that I removed after special ordering it from Home Depot, waiting for it arrive and fitting doing all the repairs into my super busy schedule during the peak of the season, without making her wait until it was more convenient for me. The customer was completely satisfied with the work that I did, and the repairs to the lawn, which, by the way were on the property line. He even had provided me with a great 5 star review on google and had apologized to me for her behavior and the postings she did ALL OVER THE INTERNT JUST BEING MALISIOUS !!."
