It went great but I will need to call them back because they never went on the other side.

I could not be more pleased. All work and workers very professional and best of all when work was done, could not tell they had even been there.

Overall, it went well. One dead tree was removed and three camellia bushes were pruned for the estimated price, which was reasonable. I obtained several estimates and this company was neither the highest nor the lowest price. However, two of the camellias, which were supposed to be pruned for shaping purposes, thereby keeping them bushes, were instead pruned so severely that they were made to look like small trees. The third one already looked like a small tree, and I specifically told the person who made the estimate that I didn't want the other two to look like that one.I know some people prune camellias in this fashion, and so the quality of the work was good in this sense, but it wasn't what I wanted. Unfortunately, I wasn't home when the work was done, and the person who wrote the estimate wasn't there either. I sent the estimator pictures with my complaint, but never heard back. Additionally, I had to be persistent (calling weekly and then daily) to get on the schedule; the job was supposed to be done "the week after Christmas." Theresa in the office was very helpful and eventually succeeded in getting me on the schedule; otherwise, I'm not sure how long it would've taken to get on the calendar. I never was contacted by the person who makes the schedule, even though I had asked to be contacted by him.

We had a fabulous experience with Arbor Tree Care. The crew was experienced, hard working, safe and very polite. I was amazed at how each member of the crew had their own job to do and everything flowed so easily. Our giant pine tree was very close to the fence, our home, and our neighbor's home. Due to the location, a crane was required. Not a single branch was left behind! I would absolutely use them again!

Exhibited total professionalism from start to finish. All work was completed in 1.5 days; the circle on which we live was cleaner when Arbor left than it was before they arrived--not so much as one leaf in sight! Ranks in the top 1% of all contractors with whom we have worked in our more than 40 years of home ownership.

Great! Ricardo certainly knows his trees and the work crew took great care to work around existing structures/vegetation with damaging them.

I had called Arbor Tree Care two times last year and they did not get back with me. This time I did get a response. The job went very well, with several workers, they were able to get it all done in a few hours. Their first estimate seemed high to me, but after negotiating with them, we had a little more work done for a little more cost. They were very professional and knew exactly how to get the job done. UPDATE 10-11-17 I received a call from Arbor Tree this morning, 10/11/2017, saying I didn't pay for the services on 6/08. At the time, Arbor insisted that we pay cash for the services which we did when they completed the job. Fortunately, I still have the receipt which says we paid in full. This seems very questionable to me, to ask for payment months after the job was completed especially since they insisted on payment in cash upon completion. I will not use this company again and will not recommend them.

Awesome job. Estimator was on time and was very knowledgeable of trimming requirements. He explained exactly what would be done and spelled it out in the estimate p/w as well. Day of the work the estimator was on-site and briefed the trimming crew what work was required. Trimming crew was very professional, well organized and made quick work of the job. Foreman kept me in the loop during the work and ensured I was satisfied with the results. Foreman was very conscientious about ensuring no damage to the lawn and flowerbeds and made sure the cleanup was spotless. Excellent work!! Would recommend with no reservations. Five Stars *****!!

They were great. Showed up on said time. Preformed the necessary work with skill and pride. They were not able to grind the stumps out due to the yard being to wet but will come back to grind the stumps when it is drier. Very pleased.

They were there as scheduled. Worked fast and well. Trees were near power lines. No problems. Work was accomplished in one day. Very professional. Will use them again if needed. Very satisfied.

I called them today to see when they are going to send me a bill so I can pay them and they still haven't called me back. We were happy. It was great. They showed up on time. They did a great job.

Ken, my contact with Arbor Tree kept in touch regularly because the date to do the job had to be changed frequently due to the weather.   They arrived promptly at 8 a.m. yesterday with all sorts of significant equipment to do the job.   Ken actually climbed the trees which were about 50 feet tall and had his team well organised to support his work.    Clean up was very efficient and they even cleaned off the driveway.   All the men were neatly dressed and very willing to please and make sure I was happy with their service. <br /> I would most certainly recommend Arbor Tree Care without hesitation. <br /> <br /> <br />

<p>I asked a neighbor and they suggested Arbor Tree care.  I could not be home for this removal, and I asked that they take pictures of the roof so that I could make a judgment call about getting a roofer in to take a look.  Although they said they would do this they did not.  Also when I asked if there was any damage to the roof they said that there was no damage.  </p> <p>It just so happened that the neighbors had a handy man over doing some work and he went up and discovered a 3 inch hole in the roof, which he did take a picture of.  </p> <p>I had told Arbor Tree that I would like them to come back later to help , we had another session scheduled for them to come out and give an estimate to trim back the tree that lost a branch and they were a NO SHOW, I waited several hours after our appointment.  Very disappointing and unprofessional.  They have not called back I would not trust this group to keep appointments.  </p> <br />

Ricky and his team were very professional. He answered all the questions and was very knowledgeable. The team promptly cleaned up our backyard after the work was completed. <br />
