Arbor-Tech Consulting is run by a Board Certified Master Arborist, which is one of the highest levels of arboricultural certification offered by the International Society of Arboriculture (ISA), and one of the top two levels in the field. Eric Putnam is one of 18 Master Arborists in Texas and one of two in Houston. Also, he is one of the few professionals who offers a written warranty on his work. Arbor-tech Consulting is primarily an organic biostimulant based company that uses insecticides only when necessary, and has the privilege of working on some of the oldest trees in Houston and the surrounding areas. Eric Putnam has over 20 years of experience in the arboriculture industry and has been a growing force in the south Houston market place with customer reviews that back all of our work. ArborTrue is a wonderful company. Last year Brad Phillips inspected my old river birch. Heat stressed. I did exactly what he told me to do. Responded beautifully! This year he had to come back out. City dug a trench on the other side of the fence for a huge natural gas pipeline. It sealed its fate as it was near the end of its city life. Brad sent Fabian, Joel and Anthony out in about a week as a new fence install was about to happen! Fascinating to watch. Very professional and so careful in this dangerous job. Cleaned job site well. Avoided hurting equipment like AC’s etc. I would highly recommend this company. Exceeded my expectations and would not hesitate to recommend to my friends.

Eric gave us a detailed assessment of the condition of our trees and what we needed to do to ensure many more years of life from our trees. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He visually inspected each of our trees. In addition, he applied a treatment to the soil which would benefit the trees. We were very pleased with his work.

I stumbled across Eric after searching for an arborist on google. Within minutes of requesting a consultation, Eric responded and was very communicative all the way up to his arrival to my home. I inquired about tree pruning as I was ready to pay someone to complete this task but Eric assured me that it was not necessary to prune this year as it seemed my trees had previously been over pruned. Eric could've charged me to prune my trees, but instead he chose to educate me for free. I will call Eric in the future.

Quick, easy, let me know all the way through the process how everything was going to play out. Guys were in and out with very little fuss. I hired them again for a second job a week later to cut down some more trees. Highly recommended service. Eric very easy to get a hold of.

Eric came out first to diagnose the tree and found to sick to save. His crew came a few weeks later and removed the tree and stump. Very fast and cleaned up the area. On another occasion Eric came out to trim my oak and holly and he came himself to make sure the trim was performed correctly. Definitely will use in the future and recommend.
