Amparo was a delight to work with. She was flexible in rescheduling when other service-providers were running behind. She and her team were prompt, thorough and did an excellent job. Her fees were very reasonable, and lower then a couple of other estimates. They exceeded my expectations! This business comes HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Exceptional customer service and flexibility. Our unpredictable move out and sale of home schedule was changed several times and she went above and beyond to accommodate these changes. And, she and her crew did great job too.

Initially, I had never paid that much before, but when I met them and took another look at the duplex, I was like yeah, I don't know.  I thought I was still going to have to do a lot of work, and I was shocked at what a great job they did.  <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />

Amparo and her team showed up promptly and were able to get the house looking immaculate within a few hours. She was even able to accommodate my request midway through the job to add on the cleaning of the garage as well. She was extremely flexible and amicable and her work was thorough. A team of four cleaners arrived on time and worked until the job was done. The was not an easy job, as the house badly needed cleaning. They remembered all tasks agreed upon, and did an excellent job. I'm not positive whether the drip pans in the range were cleaned or replaced, because this morning they looked brand new. The mineral stains in the tub have disappeared. It feels so good to have a nice clean house!

Excellent. I started using ARB Professional House Cleaning about a year ago. Their staff is so much better than any other companies or individuals I tried. (Also better than me.) I have a two story house with wall to wall carpeting - including a staircase from the first to second stories. Their staff is efficient and thorough. Two or three women always showed up ON TIME. They usually had our house cleaned within 2 to 3 hours. They clean windows and cabinets. I highly recommend this service.

It went very well. They were running a little behind, but they called ahead to let me know. They were courteous and accommodating. Very thorough. Did a good job. Price ended up being a little more than we discussed, but it was a big job and it took 3 people about 5-6 hours to get it done and they were moving the whole time. We were definitely happy with our level of service. We would use them again in the future. The owner is very nice.

<p>Amparo and her employees clean my house every 2 weeks. She initially visited my home to see what I wanted done and worked out her price based on my needs, along with the schedule I needed them for, which I greatly appreciated. They are always on time and do what I asked them to do, plus they have done more without any requests from me. The house looks spotless (mirrors, counters, toilets, bathtubs, floors, etc.) when they are finished. The 3 ladies are very nice and do their job quietly and quickly. I give them an A for their work and gladly recommend them for anyone wanting good housecleaning workers.</p> <p><br></p>
