Archadeck of Northern Indianapolis

We talked to several vendors and ended up going with Archadeck because they really listened to what we wanted. The crew came out on/ahead of schedule, finished the project early, promptly followed up on a couple of questions/punchlist items, and we are very happy with the result!

I just completed a large project of a multilevel deck, with the addition of a sunroom with them. After a construction nightmare with a prior contractor, I was referred to Archadeck of NorthIndy by a neighbor, and never looked back. From the first call to the office, to schedule an appointment, you feel valued as a customer. Everybody I have encountered during my building process, was nothing but exceptional. It started with Lizzy in the office, on to Whitney my project manager, who was on site every day, and available to me for any questions or concerns, to Clint and Juan with their crew. This is all a testament to Ryan, the owner, who sets the bar for his company high. The quality of work is outstanding. Archadeck prides itself for doing top notch work, and backs up their work completely. No project is done, until you’re totally satisfied. Ryan explained the building process for me down to the smallest detail, outlined every step if the process. He also stopped by frequently, to monitor the progress. Most if all, he was available to me at any time throughout. The completed project exceeded my expectations. Everything turned out absolutely beautiful, and I am looking forward to many years of enjoying my new outdoor space. Thank you Ryan, and all of your team, for making a dream become reality.

Appearance of the completed project exceeded our expectations. Design suggestions by Archadeck added pizzazz to the finished product. Construction duration extended because of weather, railing material delivery, and changes in construction personnel. Ryan managed the changes professionally and was always responsive to our questions and concerns.
