Archie's Veteran Waterproofing

I hired Archie?s for a major project based on good reviews, but my trust was misplaced. The crew was shockingly unprofessional and careless. Damage: They used a backhoe to rip out the stairs, causing damages. Plumbing Break: They broke the main water line, flooding the basement. Owner Benjamin initially denied responsibility until his own plumber confirmed their negligence. He later reimbursed me. Sloppy Workmanship: Dimple board installation was poor; the membrane is visibly tearing away in exposed are Reattached stairs were non-code, requiring a full tear-out and rebuild by my carpenter. Improper compaction caused the new stairs to settle. They left the electric conduit separated and failed to reinstall grounding rods, requiring an electrician. I caught a worker using a makeshift notch connection on the drainpipe instead of a proper connector. The owner agreed in writing to reimburse me for damages but has since gone silent. Avoid at all cost!!

This company was on time to every appointment and informed me through every step in the process. Excellent service and a great price. Highly recommend!
