It was very good. They came on time. No problem. Very polite. They cleaned up after work.

After we signed the contract that called for work to be completed in 4 days, he removed the old furnace and then failed to show up, giving several excuses at first, and then going silent (failing to return calls) for another week. The house was without heat. We had paid more than half before work started and another $700 when furnace was removed. We stopped payment on that second check. Finally, we made contact, heard excuses, and a new furnace was installed. He was upset that we had stopped payment, and then declined to install flue liner as agreed in the contract, so we deducted it from the final payment. After he left, we noticed the humidifier leaking and called him to repair. He never fixed it.
