ARC INSULATION

Great work by the salesperson David Puralewski and the installers Antonio and Mauricio. They found additional can lights that needed to be covered and did it at no extra charge. Great job.

I used ARC Insulation to seal holes in my HVAC ductwork, as recommended by an energy audit I had done on my home. I am thrilled with the work Joe, Felipe and Danny did at my house. Joe explained the entire process to me, while the crew blocked off all the vents, tested my system (I had 40% leakage) and then applied the Aeroseal to my ductwork. The sealing brought that figure down to just 3% and that was before Danny caulked the gaps between the vents and the drywall before replacing the grilles. (I can actually hear a difference in the airflow when the heat comes on.) All three guys were professional, knowledgeable, kind, and meticulous in their prep and cleanup. David Puralewski was my contact at ARC and was very responsive to all my questions. I highly recommend ARC Insulation for projects at your home.

Our 1926 home had an uninsulated crawl space that made our hardwood floors freezing and overworked our furnace. We got five estimates, and David with Arc Insulation stood out?he arrived on time, used a temperature gun to show where we were losing heat, and brought insulation samples to show what they would use for our job. Their estimate was very detailed and reasonable. Luis and Juan came out and completed the job in just a few hours and were professional throughout. We?re happy with the results and would highly recommend Arc Insulation!

It began with David spending time with us in our home reviewing the strengths and weaknesses of our current setup. And ended with a very thorough crew installation (Antonio and Maurice) at our Western 'burbs home. My wife and I have already recommended to several family members based on our sound experience with the team. If you are looking for professional, I would look no further.

We had our old attic insulation removed and replaced, and the entire experience was excellent. Steve Garrett was our main contact. He was personable, experienced, thorough, and responsive. We appreciated his quick responses to any questions we had. The crew that completed the work was knowledgeable, detailed, hardworking, pleasant to interact with, and worked well as a team. They took pride in doing the job right. Since the installation, we’ve noticed a huge improvement in the warmth of our home, and our furnace is no longer running constantly. We’re very pleased with the results and highly recommend Arc Insulation.

I really appreciated the professionalism and detailed execution of the job from the ARC team. We worked with David on the proposal and planning process and had Gustavo, Geraldo, and Gomez do an incredible job on the installation. An absolute pleasure working with David to get aeroseal done on the vents in my home. A 96% improvement in efficiency! Felipe and Danny did a great job, taking good care of the home from start to end of the project. Will be going to these guys for future projects for sure.

Felipe and Danny were fantastic--super diligent and careful with the house and working around our furniture. Felipe explained everything to us at the end of the job. We had quite a bit of leakage in our ductwork, and they went the extra mile to find all the opportunities to close gaps in returns. Highly recommend!

Excellent experience working with ARC. Informative and clear instructions on how to prepare for the installation and what exactly the work would entail. The crew was very professional and didn't make a mess. After they were done you couldn't tell anyone had been here. We can feel a difference immediately in the comfort level throughout the house and we no longer have wide temperature differentials between the basement and the top floor.

Our project with ARC insulation went fantastic. David answered all of our questions expertly throughout the scoping phase of the project and really knew his stuff, making us very confident in our decision to move forward with adding insulation to our whole attic and 2 crawl spaces. The insulation team of Eleazar and Israel was so respectful of the home and did such a great job cleaning it was hard to even notice they'd been in our home at the end of the day. To be honest, my expectation was the project would leave a mess behind due to the nature of the work but I was beyond impressed by how clean everything was. I was also very impressed with how efficient / quick the team was while keeping things so neat.

Arc was great from the start. We were given a complimentary consultation by Steve Garrett, who gave us a detailed explanation on the issues we may have with our attic insulation and why our energy bills may be so high. We chose to have our attic insulated and our ducts sealed. Our ducts saw a 93.5% improvement, and we immediately noticed the difference in the temperature of our second floor. Even during this prolonged heat wave, we have been able to keep our temperatures much lower than before. The attic insulation has also decreased the temperatures of the upstairs. It has been a remarkable difference. We are fully expecting our house to be more comfortable in the winter as well. Steve is honest and reliable and we would not hesitate to recommend Arc to anyone who needs insulation and duct work.

Great experience with the Aeroseal service. David was very knowledgeable on insulation products and services. Juan V and Felipe from the service crew were very friendly and kept us updated throughout the process that didn’t take much long and left no mess around the house.

Used them to insulate the ceiling of a garage that was causing the room above it to be very cold in the winter. The crew did a great job.

5 stars for sure across the whole company. Great service from start to finish. They did what they stated they'd do, were professional, courteous, prompt, and attentive. Returned emails and calls and followed through with questions and helped with Nicor and my cities rebate programs. They put floor covering down for all areas they would work in, and even vacuumed when done. Steve my sales person, did a fantastic job and was honest, addressed all questions and followed up when I needed him to and in a timely fashion. Steve was the reason I decided to move forward with ARC since he treated me with respect and provided an estimate meeting my needs, what I asked for and didn’t try to sell me stuff I didn’t need. The installation crew was also wonderful, professional, very clean, explained what they were doing as the steps were taken and vacuumed after they were done. I’m very happy with all they did, and would highly recommend ARC Insulation for all your insulation needs.

Overall, it was a great experience, and I was pleased with the final results. I was having issues with keeping my second floor at a reasonable temperature without having the first floor frigid. I was looking at potentially going dual zone, but it seemed overkill for the size of the house. After reaching out for an energy assessment, Steve Garrett walked me through his findings and recommendations after agreeing on work that needed to be done. The installation was a breeze from scheduling to the actual work. Luis T. and Eleazar were professional and accommodating over the 2-day job, especially given I do work from home.

We were shocked to learn we had mice and squirrels in our crawl space/attic...and that our insulation was old and useless. We found ARC on Angi's list and were contacted immediately. Within a few days we had a thorough in-home consultation and a proposal. A very professional company. Everyone was very courteous and helpful, explaining the full insulation install process. All work was performed on time, as promised. The crew took care to cover rooms/furniture and performed a full clean up once they were finished.
