I was in the process of buying a house and my home inspector refered me to this company, Because he was unable to test the ac unit since there was not a thermostat hooked up. I mentioned to Heath I didn't have a thermostat hooked up and he said if I had one ready they could install it for free while they were out there... <br /> Well since I wasn't closing right away I did not want to put in a thermostat and have to gank it back out if I backed out so he was very nice and said if I closed on the property they would install the thermostat the next time they were in the neighborhood and I was able to let them in. He stuck to his word 3 months later I called him up and he sent someone out to install my ac thermostat for free. These guys have my business as long as I own a ac unit and will get a referal any time someone asks me for a good ac company. On time and very courteous people. <br />

They were just topnotch.  They did a fabulous job.  They gave me the best service.  They did not cheat me.  They gave me a very reasonable price.  They were on time.  They were jolly on the spot.  It was the first time and I was very impressed with them.  The owners name is Heath Thomas.  They did a major job on my air conditioning.  They did a finisher job that somebody else couldn't.  I had been quoted by another air conditioning company over $1000.  I called Arctic because they had done some work for my daughter on a condo in Phoenix.  They had totally replaced an air conditioner on that condo.  They did a great job for them and it was totally within reasonable means of that air conditioner.  I called them up and they came right over to fix my air conditioner.  Their price was so much less than over $1000 which was quoted to me by the people that I first called up.  They were A1.  They were just top.
