This is an updated review as I don't see an option to edit the older one I posted. Kevin came to our house at least 4 times in Otsego Co. The first time he worked hard updating several outlets and only charged $350. He told us then he would come back next time with another 2 guys & would charge $900 for the day (300x3). Next time, he only came with one other guy who did most of the work while Kevin went away part time. Still charged us $900. From then on, work proceeded slowly for $900/day with only Jordan his buddy working full time, while he would go away part time. They never even put up half the fixtures after the 4 days of work. The 4th day he charged over $1500 because he put in a subpanel upstairs which he claimed we needed. Kevin said he would be staying 10 hrs to finish everything on that last day. But in reality, he left early, had an excuse that he needs to get to a pharmacy and didn't finish the work. I think he drags it out on purpose to keep coming back and making $$$.
Response from Arc Voltage
"I am very sry u feel this way but I do stand firm that our prices are not only fair, but the Work was also moving appropriate for what had to have been done first example being antique light fixtures were asked to be rewired and re-hung. These are not a normal installation and there was issues with the original wiring, such as shorting as well as original wiring in the house that was shorting so yes, it may seem like a lot of time there was not working, but it was a lot of troubleshooting. Also having to pull material. I’m sorry the customer was not happy with this, but I did repeatedly offer many options and go over with pricing before anything was done. They had the options to say no to the subpanel, but I weighed out the option in front of them and they chose to do it because they were planning on putting the bathroom up in the future. As pricing goes, I charge 175 an hour that is usually for one electrician. I gave them me and another guy for that price as well as never charged them for more than six hours actually was giving a very big break. Sorry I did it lost in the end. Also, please note that the first part of this job ““ first visit was an emergency call to fix outlets that were not working“ and I end up replacing 10 different outlets on the first day of work was not attached to the rest of the job"

Arc voltage is incredible. They came out and gave an estimate really quickly and within about a week they were starting! They re-wired all of the outlets in my home and added a ceiling light in one room. They also replaced the electrical panel. They were efficient and patient when asked questions. They also cleaned as they went. Such a good experience all around. 10/10 recommend. Ty!

ARC Voltage was quick and responsive to my call. Service was performed quickly and done well. Extra bonus was the cleanup of the area (installed several new wall outlets) where they worked saving the plaster for a quick fix. Highly recommend this company.
