Three men were sent to get everything cleaned up in a day. They also arranged for the plumber to go and make the pipe repair the next morning so that my tenants were not inconvenienced for more than one day. They did a very good job cleaning and sanitizing the area.

The project went very easy considering all contact between Nina at ARC Water Damage and myself was conducted by telephone. It would have been extremely difficult for me to have met with someone from ARC to sign work orders, pay a deposit etc. Having spoken with Nina I was very comfortable that ARC would do a quality and through job, without my personal involvement.

I cannot say enough about the excellent service that I received from Arc Water Damage. A broken pipe under my house resulted in a sewage spill. I received very professional and friendly service from my first call to Nina, the owner/office manager, to the crew that came to my house to do the cleanup. Tyrone was great. Due to pipes over the area requiring clean up, he had a very cramped area to work in. My plumbers were able to come in the next day and work in a fresh clean area. I can understand why ARC has so many excellent reviews. I highly recommend ARC Water Damage
