He was very observant of all the permissions needed for a gas water heater. I definitely would recommend them to anybody easy to talk to and great work.

This was actually a replacement of an ejector or discharge pump for the basement toilet and sink. Stephen was very personable and knowledgeable. Would use him again.

I can't thank Steve enough for the work he did for us.  We had a few small parts of our Central AC system that had fried on us.  When we called Steve the temperature was 95 degrees and he understood the need to repair the system as soon as possible.  He came out within 24 hours, diagnosed the problem and returned with the proper part to fix it.  He was the 4th person we had look at our system and his quote was by far the cheapest.  My only regret is that I am just now writing this review instead of doing it after the work was done.  We found Steve to be professional, prompt and very nice to deal with.  We will certainly use him again if needed.  <br />

He was very congenial and I really enjoyed having him work at my house.  He did explain that he was not a carpenter by trade and a small portion of the work had to be touched up.  That is definitely more my problem than his.  I have no complaint about his plumbing work for sure.  However, his suggestions for fixing the hot water issue were a lot of money.  I have to explain, they were definitely consistent with what many other plumbers on line recommend to fix the problem.  Just by chance, however, I mentioned the issue to my gas company and they recommended a plumber who came out and fixed the problem in under 15 minutes for under $200.  So, the older plumber who had "been around" was able to "try a fix" that the more professional plumbers perhaps could not entertain.  So, generally, I like him a lot and would definitely use him again for regular plumbing issues.

The service was prompt. It&apos;s hard to say I got value for my money as the gaurantee for the unit is only 5 yrs. It&apos;s replacing a water heater I&apos;ve had for 41 years!!! And that was the original.

We were able to hear running water but could not find the leak. We had multiple plumbers come out and they all said it was the supply line and that the leak could not be located and we would need to put in an entire new line. That would have required digging up a paved drive way and two retaining walls. When Steve came out he also determined that it was the supply line but he gave me the name of a company that could locate the leak for us. That company was great and once they marked where the leak was Steve came out and fixed the problem in a day without destroying our yard. He saved us about 15,000 dollars. He returned calls promptly, ahowed up on time and gave us accurate estimates. I will use Steve any time I need a plumber.

Einstein Plumbing was great, professional, punctual, & hardworking.  They took care of all the permits and misc. paperwork.  The only downside was that they subcontracted with Felix Septic who (we found out after the fact) had a clause in their contract with Einstein that they were not accountable for any collateral damages.  Basically when Felix brought in their heavy machinery they crushed our paved driveway and refused to fix it.  Luckily for us, Einstein discounted our bill by how much it would cost to fix the driveway (about $1000) and they also repaired 3 damaged cement walkways.  The only reason I gave them a "Fair" rating on Punctuality is because it took them a few months to get back to our place to fix the walkways.

Stephen of Einstein did a totally professional job replacing my broken hot water tank. He did an excellent job explaing my options for replacement. His response time was super fast. I highly recommend him

Please describe (in detail) the services performed Example Dos and Don'ts I had a reno being done and he had to come in and fix what another unloicensed plumber had done...I didn't know he was unlicensed. It was a mess. He had to come out many times throughout the process. Always repsonded to my calls! Came when he said he would! Did what he sadi he would! Charged what he said he would! A pleasure to work with.

The hot water in our home stopped working. I called Steve on a Saturday morning. He came over that afternoon, diagnosed the problem, gave us several options and did not even charge a fee for the visit. Apparently the coil that was heating the water in our furnace was not working properly. We decided to have Steve install an indirect-fired water heater tank. He came out the following Saturday, charged us the regular rate as opposed to a higher weekend rate, and got the job done in half a day. Prior to having the tank installed I had called several other plumbers to get estimates and Steve had the best price. It's been six months now and we haven't had a single issue with the tank or our hot water. I have no reservations recommending Steve. He's more than capable of getting the job done right in a timely manner at the right price.

Called same day I put in request and scheduled within the week for work. When he showed up, he not only explained/took care of our issue, but also troubleshot two other issues that had cropped up in the meantime with no complaint. Would recommend and use again!
