Steve gave a competitive price and the workers showed up when expected and completed the work as promised. They were easy to work with and went above and beyond what was needed.

Things went great. They came in to give a quote and offered to fix them immediately. The doors open easy again and previously one had to be lifted off the tracks to open. Their price came in lower than I expected too.

company scheduled service...change dates twice. took two half days instead of one charge more than quote. Job finished window pan installed window difficult to open and close. Requested quotation for a whole window replacement. Promised quote in a couple days and after one month no quotation and window never was fixed from difficult opening and closing. Sent pictures show window installed crooked. No effort to return an make repair adjustments.

Initial quote was for windows that I didn't want, seems like he didn't listen when we originally spoke and husband actually showed him the windows that we had already had replaced which were exactly what we wanted. Then he told me that we didn't need to permit the job and I knew better. Actually sent him a copy of the information from the City about the requirement for a permit. Weeks later, I get a call about setting up appointment for install. I ask about permit, he didn't know, he thought his office was working on it, he's so busy, etc. etc. Agree on an install date, tells me he'll have the permit by the date of the install. No show for install, no call either. I threaten lawyer and complaint to BBB finally get a call. We set up a time for install, again I ask about the permit, I get a song and dance about the city not issuing the permit because of some supposed issue with him and his new location in the city, etc. etc. He tells me that his issue with the city should be cleared up in a couple of days and the city will release the permit. He gives me his word that he will have the permit within days so I agree to the install of the windows. His workers are great. They did a super job. No permit, I communicate with him on Friday that I will go pick up the permit myself and schedule an inspection. Monday I call the city to inquire about the permit. I'm informed that the permit has been denied because the contractor hasn't furnished the city with requested information, they email me a copy of the email sent to the contractor. I ask the city what now? I have windows that I need inspected and a contractor that fed me a line of BS over the permit. I call the contractor about what the City told me. He tells me that he knows exactly what the city needs and wants from him and he will take care of it. So guess what? Two days in a row I ask him what's going on with my permit/inspection and he is ignoring me.

Used a Groupon and found it to be a bad worm gear on our Genie opener (old). They installed a new hefty LiftMaster with WiFi and I couldn't be more pleased with the operation and the price I paid!! Looking for them to come out and quote us on Windows next...Cheers

This company repaired several windows that would not open or close in our condo.  He did a great job on the first repairs.  The only drawback is he left a lot of dirt and debris from cleaning the window tracks all over the floor and furniture.  Called him back to install a crank handle on one window he missed, so we could finish the repair list the new owner requested.  He said it would be about 2 weeks before he could get back to the downtown area and would call us the day before to let him in the unit.  After 2 weeks, I called him to see when the repair would be made and he gave excuses about being too busy but promised it would get done in a couple of days.  On a Thursday, his office called and set up an appt. to meet him Friday at 3 pm to finish the repair.  No one showed up, so called about 5 pm and he said he was running behind and the part got put on the wrong repair truck,  but would install Saturday the next day.  By 5 pm Saturday  no one called or showed up and I left a message to let me come by the shop and pick up the part and I would install it.  He called me back Sunday evening and said he wouldn't install the part  as it wasn't worth his time to finish the repair.  He also hadn't purchased the part that was supposedly on the wrong truck either.  He flat-out lied to me 3 times and knew in order to close the sale of the condo on Tuesday, that repair had to be done.  Do not use this company for any repairs, it is not worth the time and hassle and the owner will lie to you at any time. <br />

Steve. the owner,  actually came the same day as the request.  He made recommendations based upon our true needs and did not try to up sell.  His price was very fair and when his team arrived promptly they were very professional.  They removed the old door, replaced it and motor, trimmed it out, programmed the remotes and home buttons in the cars in a little over 5 hours. He replaced it with a quality Clopay door and Liftmaster motor.  We now also have a better controller inside the garage and a keyless remote outside the garage. They cleaned up and removed all debris. We paid exactly what he quoted- no surprises.   I would highly recommend them to anyone. <br />

I was very pleased with their service. They were very responsive, you could get a hold of them if needed. Overall, I was very happy with them.

He started the work; it took him about 2 or 3 weeks before he gave me a call to let me know that the work was finished. My wife and I went to take a look at the house and he had only completed a portion of the work. He overcharged us for work that was completed and overcharged for materials and labor. He never gave me a price break down even though I asked for one multiple times. Originally was estimate of 1800 but since I had a negative experience with another company for the same work he told me he would charge just 700. He was supposed to contact me if any fees were going to total more than 1000. After beginning the work he let me know that the total was going to be 2200. I paid him 1100 so that he could pay his employees before I went on vacation and came back to find that the house was unlocked, unsecured and work was never completed. Not one thing was completed; the cleaning was never done correctly, the carpet was never cleaned. He has been unresponsive yesterday and today when I’ve tried calling him.

They never came back and fixed the incorrect install.  So it is not finished.
