Job went very well came over right away and installed the new door would recommend and well use again

Unfortunately, the arm was not replaceable as the garage door opener was very old. We had a new one installed and it works just fine. We are very happy with the new garage door opener and the service we received.

They were late arriving for the appointment but once they were on the scene they went right to work and discovered the problem - bad sprocket. They suggested that a better value would be to replace my 25 year old motor with a new one. I agreed and they installed the new garage door opener with a unit they had with them.

It was excellent. I was very pleased with the service.

After pulling an SUV into our garage, the cord was accidentally pulled after t was caught on the SUV luggage rack.  The garage door came crashing down causing several wheels to come off of the track as well as the cabling came completely unraveled.  The door came down crooked as well causing both tracks to bent. <br> <br>It was Saturday at about 3PM in the afternoon when I left Ron a message.  Ron called back within 15 minutes and said he would gladly come out on a Saturday afternoon and get our garage door back in order. Ron showed up within 30 minutes and had the garage door fixed within another 45 minutes.  I really appreciate the quick response by Ron especially on a weekend.  I would not hesitate to use Ron again. <br>

I wanted a new garage door with windows. Called Ron at A&R Garage Doors and he was out that day to give me an estimate. Ron and his assistant Robert came the next afternoon. They removed the old door and had the new door installed in about 90 minutes. It looks great and opens & closes smoothly and quietly. <br>

Based off of the other reviews and the fact that A & R listed that they were open on Sundays I gave them a call.  I was off work all day Monday, so we made an appointment.  About two hours or so before the scheduled appointment I got a call from Ron and he was at my house working on my garage door. <br /> I couldn't be happier with the service that Ron and his worker did on my garage door.  Very professional and I never felt like he was trying to up-sell me on anything I didn't need to keep my garage door working well. <br /> The only thing I have to do now is get used to how smooth and quiet my garage door is now.  It used to make a lot of noise going up and down.  <br /> Thanks Ron! I'll be recommending your company to anyone who needs garage repairs! <br />

I had a spring break on my door, called A&R to set up an appt. for the next day when I was off work. Ron offered to be there the same day but it didn't work for me. So the next day Ron came out and replaced the springs, and did it fast. I also asked if he could replace the rollers, again fast. He also made some adjustments at no charge and lubed up all items on the door. The door works great and is quiet as a mouse. Outstanding customer service and quality work, all at an affordable price. My mother and some friends are realtors, they all have his contact info. now. I will definitely use them in the future. Thanks again Ron. <br />

The day after Christmas is not a good day for your garage door not to open.  So when we started calling for service no one was open, except A&R Garage Door.  Ron answered the phone and was able to service the garage door within the hour.  He arrived promptly, quoted the work, replaced the unit and added a new key fob opener just as he detailed.  From start to finish not an issue.  For someone to be so responsive on the day following a holiday I can only imagine how helpful he'd be on a regular work day.  Thank you Ron for helping our holiday stay enjoyable and for the great work! <br />

They were VERY responsive. My tenant's car was trapped in the garage, and they had to get to work. The repair was done quickly, professionally and inexpensively. I was very pleased. The only reason I  rated quality and professionalism as only "good" is to emphasis the price and responsiveness as totally excellent. I have nothing but praise. <br />

Ron returned and tuned up my garage door after putting it in 2 years ago.  He was professional, polite, and expedient.  I highly recommend A&R Garage. <br />
