Exactly like every other time I've contracted with Arise - perfectly. Mr. Merkey and his crews are amazing - professional and courteous, yes. But again and again, they go the extra mile. I would never consider using a different electrician. Our home is completely safe in their hands. Mr. Merkey is not just the best electrician we've ever used. He and his company are the best contractors of any kind. Really can't say enough good about them.

Replaced ceiling lights in kitchen with more appropriate (and stylish) lighting. Have had no problems since. Scheduling office was easy to work with and they showed up on time when they said they would. Overall experience: Honest people doing honest work - will hire again.

They did a good job. It was really hard to hang those light fixtures and they got it done.

They are prompt, courteous, do a good job. It took about an hour. Two people came out and they were the owners sons. They were good.

Went very smoothly and we are EXTREMELY pleased with the final product. We were particularly VERY impressed by punctuality, professionalism and knowledge of each and every ARISE team members - Stephen (owner's son), Bryan, James & Peggy(Owner) and Cory. We had trouble getting delivery of one the wall sconces from build.com (they just delivered 1 out of 2 fixtures and never bothered to tell me that the manufacturer ran out of inventory. Upon contacting, they (falsely and blatanly) reassured me that they will ask the manufafturer to overnight but next day they told me such things happen and remaining one will available in sometime in March 2017) but James assured me that they will do the wiring and cover it with wall plate since we had painter coming after they are done to paint the house. That was VERY nice of James and Peggy and highly appreciated. These folks know what they are doing and we will DEFINITELY hire ARISE for all our future projects and whole heartedly recommend them to our friends and family. I, will, also, request our HOA to included ARISE as one of the preferred vendors for electrical and lighting work.

Brian and Stephen arrived on time. They were professional and efficient. They took care of all the lighting issues at our house. We will definitely call them again if we have any other electrical concerns. Highly recommend!

They arrived on time and advised the most logical placement of the fixtures. The deal was for the install of 4 recessed lights at $499 and I wanted two extra, which they charged an extra $340 for. I thought this was a little high since they were already cutting holes and running wire and the cost of the actual LED light fixtures is only about $25 at Home Depot, but I needed it done, so I went ahead with it. They also had to drill two extra holes in my kitchen ceiling where no lights were placed in order to run the wire because of the way the beams in my kitchen ceiling ran. They did this without telling me, but since I already needed to have sheet rock repair done on my kitchen ceiling, it was not a big deal. The only real complaint I have about the work was that they left quite a bit of mess behind (sheet rock dust and pieces). Overall, I think they did a good job and I would hire them again.

A bit conflicted on how I feel. First off, the gentlemen who did the work were awesome! Fast, efficient, polite, professional, courteous...outstanding. My problem, however, involves the fact that I purchased the 4 recessed light installation offer after asking SPECIFICALLY if it would cost more to have them also remove the fluorescent light box. The response was "no." I was very clear in my request. However, once the installers arrived and called the office about the light box, I was charged an additional $100 to have the box removed. I was too prepared to have the work done to argue about the additional price, and would LIKELY have paid it up front had they been honest from the get-go. All-in-all, it left a bad taste in my mouth, and that's the primary reason why I gave them lower scores on professionalism and price. The offer also mentioned a "comprehensive electrical inspection." That is VERY misleading, because all they do is make sure the lights they installed work. Note: their package does NOT include drywall repair, so I have a huge mess in my ceiling and am no looking forward to the added cost of hiring someone to repair that. If you don't have to have any lighting removed, there should be no drywall issues for you, however. I would like to think my experience was an anomaly, so I might consider using them again, as the quality of the work was mostly fine.

The person making the appointment was very professional and tried to accommodate my schedule. The workers arrived at the appointed time, and were very efficient. They left briefly to eat lunch and buy some additional supplies but communicated their plans and returned when promised. The work was completed the same day and they cleaned up the area when they were finished. I wish all workers were as professional. Thank you!!!

This is the second time we have used them for recessed lights. The owners and staff are both professional and polite. They clean up after themselves before leaving. Would definitely use them again. A positive experience.

Technicians were on time and gave courtesy call ahead to advise they were on the way to my home. Technicians knew their trade and installation was smooth and quick.

They supplied me with the switches i really liked that about the deal. the workers were courteous, very professional,they were also very informative on all the services that they provide. They were on time fast and efficient. I will be using them in the future. I got what i paid for they did not pad the fee. I am really happy with the choice of using this company.
