They sent a technician out within a couple of hours of my call. They were very good about emailing me the approximate time of arrival and who my technician would be. He did an excellent job of replacing the opener and hauled away the "dead" one. I would recommend this service

My tech arrived on time, which I appreciated. He explained to me what was going on and what I needed. We decided together that I needed new rollers which were installed and now my garage door is quieter than it has been in the last 3 years. I have nothing but good things to say about my service call.

they called 30 minutes before arrival, which I appreciated. they showed me what was wrong and gave me a couple options to fix it. the technician was in a uniform, which again I like. and he was knowledgeable <br />

<p>Contacted company by phone. Sales person called to set up appointment the day. He arrived and we discussed my options and made a selection of the new door from catalog. Old door was a one piece metal door in a 2 car garage. The new door was a multi-section insulated special order and it was determined that the existing opener was adequate. </p> <p>Approximately 2 weeks later the installer called to set up an installation time. It was necessary to move a cabinet and over head shelf prior to his arrival. The Installer arrived at the scheduled time and was able to start work immediately. Installation took one man about half a day.</p> <p>The door operates and looks outstanding. I plan to paint the door to match my existing house trim color this week.</p> <br />
