The service person arrived on time, did the work perfectly and we were very pleased with the appearance. They gate looks better than new. We were also told if there were any problems in the future, please call them.

The work was done well and it looks good. The quote process was the worst. I was quoted 210 and then 120 more followed by 90 more. Reason they had to add was because they noticed the issues when they final got to the location. Meaning I got a quote before they went onsite to see what they needed. In end I had not choice but to pay it since they were already there and my fence was taken apart. We have a dog so I couldn't just sorry no thanks you can leave and I'll find someone else. I have more work for a good Fence repair company so they missed out.

"sir for one I sent you a text asking for a picture of your fence and I sent you that the bottom of you gate was rusted out as there was no bottom to your fence, Also you approved of us to buy a new fence to replace the one that we could not refinish because there was nothing to refinish and you knew that [Member Name Removed] Thank you for the feedback."

The board replacement was fine, but since the composite material is heavier than wood they had to return and increase the tension on the self-closing spring so the gate would shut properly. We have a pool so that was an important function.

They cleaned and repainted gate, removed old wood and hardware, and replaced with new hardware where needed as well as replacing the wood with composite material. Looks great!! They were quick to respond to questions on Angieslist, even on nights and weekends. And the were quick to schedule job as well. Would highly recommend this company.

The gate looks brand new. What a difference! Brian did a very professional job and was careful to mask off all the concrete block and gravel to avoid overspray. He cleaned up the area, and everything was done faster than I expected. I am very satisfied with my new gate and with the job done by Arizona Gate Refinishing. <br>

All pre-install communication was done via messaging on Angies List. They were very efficient and provided photos and product names so I could select a color of slat. They arrived punctually at 7am s promised. My husband had already removed the old slats so estimated time was 8 hours. They sanded down and wet washed and degreased the steel frames. They repainted and sealed the frames. After a short drying period they cut and installed the new slats. Several times throughout the process they asked us to double check their work. they did a great job and cleaned up after the work was completed. <br />

<p>Great, great, great. Frank, co-owner, did all the correspondence with me.</p> <p>Bob, co-owner, and his tech Bryon did the work/install. The arrived at 0730, right on time, and left at 1500.</p> <p>All three were professional, honest, excellent workers and did an excellent job.</p> <p>I am totally satisfied. The made a strong point when leaving..... if I had an concerns call them and they would come back.</p> <br />
