He did fine for the job that he did and we had more, but he wanted too much money for everything else. He came out really quickly after I asked him to and I think within a week. There were no additional charges to the $99 Big Deal purchase price. The walls looked not great but okay after he removed the wallpaper. My experience with him was fine. It was okay and it was a good Deal. The Big Deal price was a good price, but if I went with his normal price, it was ridiculously high. It was like five times what it should have cost for what he wanted done. He was pretty responsive. If it was the same Deal, I would use him again in the future.

The initial response to my Angie's list big deal was prompt.  Sid came to my house to give me an estimate.  Originally he was going to remove wallpaper in 3 bathrooms.  When he saw the areas he kept saying he would do as much as he could then the rest would be more money.  The work was scheduled for early September.  When I contacted Sid in Sept. he was having problems with his truck but he did come on Saturday of that week to do the work.  He started in the master bathroom.  After a little more than 3 hours I checked in.  I was amazed to find only about 2.5 or 3 strips removed.  Sid looked stressed and the room was a mess.  I told him to stop for the day and we could reschedule the remaining hour and he gave me an estimate of $200 to complete the bathroom.  This was not a large area.  I had some difficulty in contacting Sid to schedule the rest of the work and I had to call Angies's List before I got a response from him.  Eventually he came back and removed the rest of the wallpaper.  This time it went smoothly and it took about 5hours.  I then said I did not want anymore paper removed and paid him $200.  This was a frustrating and disappointing experience. <br />

Sid was right on time. He was very professional, explained the problems with removing different types of wallpaper, it was a fairly small job and he was done in two hours. I would definitely use him again! <br />

The Coupon  was  for  a room  for  a  certain  size  .  The  main  contractor  asked  2   workers  to  send   to  paint  the  room   .  And  i  asked   for  another   room  to  be  painted  too  .    <br /> The  2  workers   started  to  give  me  seperate   deals  ,  like  to  get  rid  of  the termites  and  other  stuff  .  Without  the  knowledge  of  the  main   contractor  .   <br /> So  overall   i   think  ,  I  can  get  me  workers   from  Home  Depot  or  Wal-mart   and   have  to  deal  with  them   . Better  than  dealing  with  a  company  that  does  not  know   ..that  it's  workers  giving   side  deals  .  it's  simply  not  professional . <br />

It was okay.  It took longer than we thought it would.  He had problems with his employees and he doesn’t have many employees.  The painting was good.  He should make sure he has enough employees as he was doing it all by himself.  He gave me a time how soon he would finish but it wasn’t finished but he took an extra week to finish the work.  The price was good.

Sid came out promptly when we called and gave us an extimate and start date and stuck to both. He did an excellent job in half a day and cleaned up everything. I will use him again for painting or more wallpapering. <br />

They are very good. They do good work, they are prompt, they were here when they say they were going to be here and they cleaned up a day after they left which is very important. They were competitive with price.

Sid called me back very promptly. He offered to come over for a free estimate as well as to make sure I had enough wallpaper for the job before I hired him. He installed the paper the next day and arrived exactly on time. He even finished earlier than he said he would. Very nice. Very clean. Very accommodating.  <br />

We supplied the wallpaper.  Overall the job was fantastic, even better than we anticipated.  There were some delays, such as there ending up not being enough wallpaper to cover the final wall...  However, this was rectified by our finding a different but compatible wallpaper to serve as an "accent" wall.  Indeed, this ended up working out better than if we'd had enough wallpaper in the first place! <br /> So the entire process was organic and free-flowing, not fixed and inflexible.      <br /> Throughout, Sid was always personable  and very kind.  He has a small-town way about him, not a "big city" type at all, and I mean this as a compliment.  Think Mayberry RFD rather than slick Los Angeles.  He listens, does not rush, is unfailingly polite, and just <strong> really</strong> seems to be an ethical person. <br /> Based upon our experience, I might add, he certainly does not overcharge.  <br /> As mentioned, we are more pleased with the final results than we ever thought would be possible.  We will need to have our house exterior painted someday, and I see no reason why it should not be Sid and crew.  I know that Sid does more painting than wallpapering, but he did beautiful job and certainly knows what he is doing.  I'm impressed. <br /> I am very grateful that Sid was the person we chose to do this.  You will find his services (and personality) to be a win-win experience! <br />

While creating a home office, I decided I wanted to use the closet to house a built-in desk. I picked out a fun wallpaper print, but knew a professional was needed due to the complexity of the pattern. I started by getting a quote from a referral the retailer I bought the wallpaper gave me. Just to be safe, I decided to shop around this time using Angie's list. What a difference! <br /> Arizona Wallpapering and Painting Inc. (Sid) was amazing from the start. I asked questions based off the experience I had from the retailer's referral only to find most of what the referral (non-Angie's list) was inaccurate. I know this now because after my quote with Sid, I researched online and confirmed the discrepancies were true. The research also verified his application and techniques were all in line as well. Despite his best efforts, there were some tiny hairline seams due to defects in the wallpaper itself. Upon being made aware of this, Sid made himself available to come back and inspect the minor issues. It was no cause to Sid, yet he offered to resolve the issue. In the end, he touched up some areas resulting in a flawless finish. The service provided to me was world-class. I highly recommend this company and Sid himself. <br />
