Due to the pandemic only outside pest control was carried out. Carpenter ants, spiders and such were addressed. I have a yearly plan. I have had their fabulous service for at least 6 years. This is the first time they didn’t treat indoor space but in the past they could be very thorough using essential oils that had a pleasant smell that dissipates and does the job extremely well. It is safe for humans and pets alike. Their service people from arranging an appointment to the professional who does the actual service are excellent.

Arkadia is wonderful - they discovered the issue and not only resolved it but also helped me understand how to prevent further problems. The technician Andrew is knowledgeable and a true gentleman. Jessica manages everything with kindness and was there for me 100%. I love this company and have a seasonal contract with them that lowers the overall price.

I was very happy with the service. They used an environment/pet-safe substance to get rid of ground bees in my planting beds. They ground bees come back every year, but I don't think that is Arkadia's fault--it is the nature of the problem. The Arkadia Eco-via treatment seems to be as effective as treatments I have had done by other companies in past years.

We had Andrew again. He was excellent. Very thorough. Treated the entire perimeter of the house and the brick pavers and a little inside. Jessica was awesome at making the appointments. Highly recommend.

They did well, the people that showed up was very nice and got it done quickly. This month Andrew was my tech and he was very nice and got right to work. I was very happy with the outcome and Andrews approach to the problem.

Initially I thought this went well. The man set traps and guessed at where mice could get in. No remediation was done to prevent mice from entering. I was told that there would be a return visit to remove traps. I've never heard from Arkadia again in one year. Now my basement smells of dead mice and there are traps in various areas I don't know.

I noticed there were several wasps flying in and out of my roof eave. I contacted Arkadia Pest Control because they have an A rating and over 100 review on Angie’s List. I requested to have the wasps in my attic exterminated. A technical arrived the following day. The technician explained his plan of attack in detail. He answered all of my questions and addressed all of my safety concerns. He was able to quickly locate the nest in the attic. Not only did the technician kill the wasps he removed the entire nest from the attic to dispose of it. At my request, the technician filled the void in the attic with gap filler at no extra change! Arkadia pest control fee includes a 3 month warranty which is generous. If I encounter any pest in the future I will contact Arcadia again.

So I have been using Arkadia for 3 years now after having a big tick issue in our yard. THEY ARE THE BEST! Recently, we had a bees nest in our house - we had over 100 bees flying around in our house!! We called in the morning, they responded and send someone out the same morning. They sucked out the bees and came back first thing next morning to take out the nest. They used only organic materials (a big deal given we have 3 young kids). That afternoon, no more bees! Their responsiveness and attention to service is FANTASTIC. Their workers are so professional (we have had several different ones and they all have VERY HIGH STANDARDS), thorough, kind and considerate. They explain everything they are doing and make you feel like you understand what is happening. I normally never post reviews b/c I am so busy, but these guys are so fantastic that they deserve everyone knowing how great they are. What's great is that they stand by their work too. We had a couple other bug problems and they came back out very quickly to solve the problem without us having to pay another penny (although we get a yearly plan). I can't say enough great things about them!!! They are worth every single penny and there is a reason they have so many "A" ratings - well earned!!

Drew has decreased the number of mice incidents in our home with his methods. They have reached out to us and provide education on better methods inside and outside the home. Drew possess a knowledge base from diagnostic to treatment. We feel comfortable having him in our home as well.

Drew's work was excellent. Since his visit, we have seen little to any pests in our home. All of the issues that caused us to require his services initially have seemingly gone away.

Drew was very courteous and knowledgeable. He used one type of control inside and applied the substance at every place in the house where I told him I had seen the ants - the kitchen, primarily, the front hall, the TV/office room, an upstairs bedroom. He was very careful to get the substance into the cracks and crevices and corners and he explained to me very carefully how the substance would not hurt my cats. <br /> <br /> He spent a lot of time outside too coating underneath the entryway doors - front and back - and along the sides of the main front entryway, all where they seem to enter the house. <br /> <br /> He also checked the basement very thoroughly to determine if there were any signs of the ants. <br /> <br /> Overall, Dew does an excellent job. He is polite, friendly, knowledgeable and informative and willing to spend the time to do the job.

Today they showed up unannounced and started spraying around my house. They never rang the doorbell to say they were here. We had all our windows open and had 3 young kids in the house. I closed the windows as soon as i noticed but my house still smells. I feel its unprofessional to not check if someone's home when you show up at a customer's house. We also got no report on the door, they guy just left when finished. We'd never been happy with the communication on their end, they show up 4 times a year and we get no report on what is actually being done. The worst part was when I called to complain and let them know what had happened, the lady was less than apologetic. She basically explained that I needed to let them know if I wanted to be home when they come. I never said I needed to be home. She then told me I could cancel if I wanted and because of her lack of response to my actual concerns I agreed to cancel. She handed the phone off to the manager without acknowledgement. He allowed me to cancel without trying to keep my business. I feel I was treated like an irate customer when in fact I was calm, cordial , but yes with an annoyed tone once my concerns weren't heard. As a contractor myself, I feel it's extremely unprofessional to 1. not alert homeowners you're working around their house 2. not address customer's concerns and offer an apology 3. To blow a customer off by letting them cancel without trying to make things right. Do not hire this company if you care about professionalism and customer service.

Jessica and the rest of the company are very professional. It was a bit tough scheduling, since everyone wanted their services before the Memorial Day weekend. They were able to come on Saturday of the holiday weekend and they guarantee their work for 6 months! Never heard of that.

We are absolutely thrilled with the Termite Treatment performed by Arkadia. Jessica has the patience of a saint and answered every question promptly and professionally (and we had a lot of questions). We signed up for a season long mosquito, tick and flea yard protection plan. The company will send a technician by once a month to treat the yard. They performed the first treatment yesterday and so far no ticks on the dogs and no mosquito bites. I was especially pleased that they used a garlic based spray so I don't have to worry about my family or dogs trampling through chemicals and bring them into the house. Jessica was great on the phone and Mark and John did a thorough treatment. <br />
