They were supposed to come out and give a quote. I was not told about any traveling fees when I mentioned my location in setting up the appointment. I never received a quote despite asking the worker, 2 workers, one being the owner's son, multiple times for my quote. The man kept saying he needed to figure out what part he needed, So he had us shut off the water, he then went under the house and apparently completed the job without my knowledge or permission. I again asked for my quote and was handed a bill. The man acted confused then told us he wasn't leaving the property without payment and started acting angry and agitated.. the office worker and the owner basically told me that I was out of luck being the men forced me to pay the bill.

I typically hesitate to recommend any company because so many are hit and miss that I would never make a recommendation on just 1 or 2 good experiences.  However, after having used AR Hydrojet 6 or 7 times in the past couple of years, with nothing but the most incredible service, I am submitting only the 2nd recommendation I have ever made to Angie's list.  These guys come at night, on the weekend, in the cold, in the rain - - - - it doesn't matter.  Every plumbing problem we have ever had, they have diagnosed it correctly on the very first visit and fixed it.  I work for a Senior Citizens Program and at our old center they did some of the most difficult, unpleasant work, I have ever witnessed.  We were referred to them by another company that said AR Hydrojet was one of the few companies that had the equipment to handle the job.  I suspect also, the referring company new what a nasty job it was going to be and simply didn't want to deal with it.  It took 2 men working Friday night, all day Saturday, and most of Sunday.  My recollection is the bill was about $1,100 which included digging through concrete.   <br /> Just tonight we were having a dance at our new Senior Center.  One of the urinals started spewing water and was flooding the restroom.  We called them at 8:20 on a Friday night.  By 8:50 they had come, dealt with it, and gone.  We don't have the bill for that call yet, but we aren't worried.  It will be reasonable. <br />
