Jan 14th, 2022 First off Daniel Richey seemed caring and interested in making us happy with any work we would hire them to do. Also promissing to make us happy with all the work done. We needed a complete roof replacement with damaged needing repaired. I had first met with some young guy and made it clear what we needed done. Once Daniel finally came out I had made it clear what I wanted done once again and choosing the type and color of shingle wanted. New roof with any repairs and new install of pipe boots, flashing etc.... Any and all repairs and new flashing around the cheminey where most of the damage had occured. I also showed the damage at the eve of the house front and back that would need repaired. We had agreed on the new roof, repairs and price. 1st came Daniel wanting half down which should have thrown up red flags to start. Weeks after receiving the down payment I started worrying why I had not been contacted with a possible start date. After sending a few messages to Daniel and also contacting our local code enforcement to try and figure out myself what was going on Daniel contacted me with some kind of issues with our locals not contacting him. (No idea)! Our local code people did inform me that Daniel did send them papers but he had never came by to buy the license to do the work. I once again contacted Daniel. The next day Mr. Richey contacted me they would start the job the day after. Five or six migrant workers showed up started the tear down. ( Not one spoke english, but did have an interpreter with). We had rain in the forcast for that night and NO roofing supply was delivered until almost dark. Wasnt HAPPY at all. Part of the roof was started that evening. (Supply showed up at 4:30 it got dark at 5:45). I repeatedly ask the interpreter if the roof would be covered so the rain would not cause more damage. The next morning (Raining) they come to finish the install. After the had finished I did my best to inspect the work but dew to bad (heart failure) health I am unable to climb lsteps much less ladders. After leaving from what I could see from the ground I noticed not only did they not install new boots, they didnt install boot over one pipe. The split two plastic boots to vcover one pipe, (THis will leak). I saw them not remove the old flashing around the cheminey and they even took part of the old metal roofing and nailed it behind the cheminey. THey also left the eves unrepaird and hanging. They left screws all over the back yard where my 9 year old plays. Alnong with some of the old steal rooking laying all all around the back yard. (I tried moving it and it put me in the hospital).. I will try to load photo;s to prove this is NOT professinal contracting work. DO not use this company for roofing replacement. We will have to hire another contracter to finish and fix what should have been done by Arkansas Performance Roofing. THis isnt the whole story. Just to tired to write all they didnt do. ONE big thing, they knocked the hot water heater exhaust pipe off inside the house. Our alarms went off because of the room feeling with carmonoxide. They also left a mess in the attach and in the studio on top of the water heater. Updated 11/23/22 It is November 2022 and we still have issues. And still havent found someone to fix what APR (Daniel Richey) promised to fix/finish what they promised. I consider this a total failure of a really bad contractor. Updated 11/23/22

We are so pleased with the work that was done. They were very thorough, and even cleaned up some structural issues that they did not have to do. You can trust these folks.

The service was great. Everything is functioning properly. I had no issue and there was no leak.
