Everybody was helpful right from the beginning. Starting with Caleb who came out for the initial call and followed up right until the final inspection. He was very attentive with any questions or concerns. He was extremely helpful with submitting the claim and documentation to our insurance company. He also checked in on the installation to answer any questions and made sure we were satisfied and all was good after the job was done. The installers did a great job on the roof and the cleaning up after. The locally owned Armor Roofing's owner, Joshua Busbee, stopped by with supplies and to check with us and make sure everything was going okay. Everyone was Friendly and easy to work with. I would highly recommend them to anyone needing a new roof or construction.

They owed me money. He didn't finished the job. The roof was fine. The insurance company paid them money to do us sidings. He never came back to do the siding that was paid for $200. I reached out to them, but didn't return my call. He was dishonest.

They did an excellent job on the roof, the roof looks great, they were quick and efficient, the employees we had , also fixed some siding and ceilings and it was nicely done, interior painting was done great, I am very happy with the service. Although communication with Josh Busbee, was a challenge and a struggle, we communicate via text, punctuality was not that great. I would suggest more transparency on his part and be more responsive to costumer.
