About us
ARMS Pest Management is family owned and operated. The owner Ken has over 10 years experience in the Pest Control Field from Pre-treats to Termites.Ken’s beliefs are that customers should not have pay outrageous prices just to be bug free and they shouldn’t have to wait a week just to get service. Bugs don’t wait a week for the pest man to come and spray them do they? Of course not, why should you.

"In response to the above review you contacted us for (2) One Time Treatments. After your 2nd treatment on August 1st we made note of the spider issue and treated the web. You called back on August 8th for a call back service due to the spider issue. When we asked you what the spider looked like you said you didn't know and that it came from the corner of the bedroom. We scheduled the call back service for August 9th at 10 am, you left a voicemail at 7:40 am on our personal phone and on the business line advising that you wanted to cancel the 10 am appointment since the room was full of kids sleeping on the floor and you didn't want us treating the room. You called us back at 9 am requesting for us to come out again, after we already gave your time slot to someone else. We were willing to come back even after you were treated for a one time treatment with no call back services. We are sorry that you are not happy and would suggest that you considering having more than just once or twice a year treatment."
"In response to this review, yes we did make mistakes on the original treatment. Yes Clemson did inspect and spoke to us, we scheduled with the client to remedy the situation. We did the original treatment in July of 2016 the home was completely infested from the sub floor to mounds in the crawl space. We have been to their home on several occasions (9 before this incident for various jobs not just termite) and have never disrespected their property or family. Yes on 04/25/17 at 6:00 pm we responded to their home after receiving a text message for a termite swarming incident, client thought they may be coming from a hole near a window sill. When we arrived the client had already vacuumed most of the swarmers up. The client even removed all of the baseboards so that we could make sure that they were not coming from behind them. We treated around and in the back steps of the home and also the back side of their house again as we found several dead swarmers under an attached cabinet in the corner and near their rear french doors. We could not locate where they were swarming from on the inside or in the crawl space. On 05/02/17 at 7:00 pm we came back again after receiving another text and video from the client due to another swarming episode that was coming from the ceiling around her chimney. We responded out and treated around that area for the swarmers. The next day she texted again advising they were back and swarming again, at this point we had already put chemicals in the chimney to assist in killing them and told her she could vacuum them up and we would have to wait it out this time as we were there the night before and treated. She contacted the state they inspected and yes we did not drill hole in the from of the home at the accurate distance as they have specialized concrete and we did not want to cause damage to it. We did not treat in the earth filled vertically, instead we treated around it on the exterior (our mistake). The Bora Care treatment was done and missed treating under some of their insulation. We came back on 06/27/2017 after the inspector came back to take more pictures and found some termite tubes coming up on a pillar. We called the client and scheduled to come out that day and cancelled all of our afternoon appointments to ensure the situation was handled properly. We arrived at 5pm and stopped at 10pm when it was to dark to see anything. We completed everything except for the Bora Care as we needed day light to do that. Yes we accidentally left the crawl space doors open and the hose detached from the house, we have never done this before. We were exhausted and trying to right or wrong, we were not trying to harm them or their family in any way."

"Thank you Mr. and Mrs. [Member Name Removed] we are very happy to have you as part of our family."
"As we do appreciate your business and candor with this review. Not all the facts are included, you purchased a One-Time General Pest Control treatment (not a roach service). When your husband called back and requested a follow up I explained to him that you purchased a One- Time Treatment with no additional services, but that we would come back and treat as a courtesy. I also advised him that I was fitting you into the schedule and that we would be there sometime after 12pm and before 2pm. You called and was very rude on the phone wanting to know where the technician was at and when I tried to explain to you the situation you than cut me off and dismissed me. When the technician came out it was the day before Tropical Storm Hermaine was coming and it had been raining. You requested he spray outside, which we do not do when it is raining due to the fact that this would be pointless. He also did not see any evidence that you were having issues in the home and you were very persistent on wanting a treatment. We do not have an issue coming back and spraying around the outside of your home, but again you purchased a one time treatment and he advised you that the pine straw around your house is a haven for roaches."
"We would like to say thank you for the review, but we are a bit confused by the price you posted. None of our mosquito treatments are $400 dollars and we do advise all of our clients in the beginning that our treatments are prescheduled and dependant upon weather conditions. If you are having an issue with the service please call us as we strive to make your experience the best it can be. We would be very happy to speak to you and get your feedback on this."
