<strong>Communication:</strong>  <em>Excellent - </em>From the original contact through the completion of work, Ross Armstrong was very responsive and communicative (most communication was via our preferred method: e-mail).  Prior to starting the work, Ross and his team were very considerate of my concerns.  During the work they kept me informed of "what, how, and when" they would be performing the various steps of the job.  The entire team was pleasant and articulate. <br /> <strong>Price:</strong>  <em>Excellent - </em>The quoted price was competitive in comparison to the other three quotes we obtained.  An Angie's List Coupon sweetened the deal. <br /> <strong>Punctuality:</strong> <em>Excellent - </em>At the agreed-upon date and time, Ross and his team arrived, with all necessary equipment, and got right to work. <br /> <strong>Performance:</strong> <em>Excellent</em> - The tree removal was performed in an efficient, safe, and professional manner.  They worked at a steady pace from start to finish.  There was never a sense they were rushing nor were they ever standing idle.  The tree came down, in pieces, in a very systematic and controlled manner and I never felt that anyone or anything was in danger.  The equipment they used (saws, bucket truck, chipper, grinder, etc.) were all modern and clearly well-maintained.  Upon completion, the job site was thoroughly cleaned before they departed. <br /> <strong>Bottom Line:</strong>  If you're looking for the excitement/entertainment of having someone come and wave a chain saw around recklessly or want to be surprised as to where the tree falls (or what/who it falls on), call someone else.  If you want someone to do exactly what they say they are going to do, when they say they're going to do it, and do it in a professional and respectful manner, contact Armstrong & Co.  <br />

Ross and his team did a fantastic job.  He was very responsive from the initial phone call and we set up an appointment very soon after.  The job went very smooth and quick.  This is the second time I have used them for tree removal.  The first job they took out a large dead tree in my front yard and ground the stump.  I have recommended them many times and will continue to do so.  They are my go to tree removal company. <br />

Everything went great.  I emailed them asking about their availability to come out and give me an estimate, as I work an hour away from our home.  He called me back a few hours later asking if I would be home that evening, which I was, and came right out and gave me the estimate. I hadn't been able to really make contact with any other tree service companies up until that point. I gave the go ahead the next day , April 30, with the expectation that the tree be gone by the end of May which he was fine with. The driveway was tentatively scheduled to be done during the mid to late May. Literally the following week, I got home and saw the tree was gone.  Our neighbors commented how they did a nice job and were very quick.  Two days later they came out and got the stump all ground down nicely.  Needless to say I was very pleased with the whole experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needed a tree trimmed/removed, etc.

Ross Armstrong and his team arrived on time and completed the job within the estimated time.  They were very professional.  Excellent clean up during and at the completion of the job.  Hauled away all the waste including chips from the stumps.  They did a great job. <br />
