The Technician arrived timely and performed the services professionally. very satisfied with their work. They discovered rollers needed to be replaced and did so.

Brad did a great job. He explained what parts were wearing out and probably need to be replaced. I will request him again if needed in the future.

Our garage doors needed routine maintenance as they were sticking and going back up on their own when trying to close them. I called and they came out very promptly. Brad was our service technician. He was very polite and efficient. He did a routine service and also recommended the wheels be replaced (they were original to the doors and were very rough and squeaky). He did not recommend anything that did not need to be replaced. We were very pleased with his work and how professional he and his company were. We would absolutely recommend them and use their services again.

I have to compliment Armstrong and their tech Brad for the quick and thorough service they provided. I was in a bind yesterday morning when as I tried to open the garage door the spring napped and broke apart. I called Armstrong at 7am and was nicely greeted by their scheduler, she immediately setup an appt time with Brad, the technician. Brad arrived at my house by 10am. He not only fixed the broken spring but did a full assessment of the garage door and all mechanisms and recommended what he felt was necessary to maintain it working properly. The garage door is working perfectly and running the smoothest and quietist it ever has. Thanks again Brad for your help and for the great work! I highly recommend Armstrong for anyone with any garage door related issues.

It was great. Rocky arrived on time. He showed me what work needed to be done to make our doors function quietly and smoothly. He showed me how to do simple lubrication myself. Very pleased.

We were told we needed a new Garage Door and when "Jeff" came out to give us an price on a new door he told us that we didn't need a new door the door was is good shape and was hurricane rated all we needed was maintenance. And he would do it today. And they were running a special so it would save even more money. He saved us over a $1,000 dollars. Thank you very much for your honesty and great service.

It went very well, they were on time courteous and fast. Price was reasonable.

They were very fast and did a good job repairing the door. I was a little ticked off that I wasn't told it was $145 dollars for them to even come out. which was more than half of what it cost to even fix my problem.

Extremely well. Technician Rocky was right on time this morning, very cordial and professional, really knew what he was doing. Clean uniform and clean truck. He recommended replacement of the side roller wheels, and showed the damage they were doing with worn bearings. They were over five years old. He also recommended replacing the bottom rubber seal on just one of the doors, and adjusted the spring tensions. Also performed the child safety tests on both doors. Took about an hour, I was very impressed with the results. Both doors now open and close quietly once again. I had used Armstrong five years ago, and liked them enough to want them to come in again. Great, my garage door needed service badly. The service person, Rocky, replaced all of the rollers, installed a new bottom door pad, adjusted the door landing and chain and lubricated many parts. The results of the service was much better than I expected. I will definitely call this company again if I need any service to my garage door.

Brad came out to give a tune-up and the rollers we had were all dried up. It really needed to be done sooner than 5 years! We would not have done it all if they hadn't called to offer a special pricing. Brad replaced the rollers as the ball bearings fell out of the rollers, he was very fast and efficient.

Have used Armstrong Garage Door for several years now. Recently had Jeff and Owen perform preventive maintenance on my door and replace the bottom door rubber gasket. Work was done professionally and they were on time.

It went very well. John lubed the door tightened screws,adjusted springs and discovered bearings were wearing out. I had him replace them.
