Worst company we dealt with through our entire remodel. Everything was fine, as you would expect, until they had our money. Reschedule delivery of materials multiple times, workmen left a mess after installation, left us without a toilet for 2 days even after a phone call. After all of this, the product does not hold up and they will not take responsibility. We have 6 inch cracks in 6 month old, maple hardwood floors and dozens of cracked boards throughout our first floor. After months of doing everything they asked and responding to multiple emails and inspections they sent us a letter from a lawyer taking no responsibility. Don't waste your money and time unless you want to get a lawyer like us.

Started out great, ended with awful customer service. Carpet installed was very poor quality with no recourse from Aromaz. Issues with hardwood splintering, was referred to manufacturer with no recourse from Aromaz. They did a decent job on the refinishing work I hired them for but overall extremely poor experience. For large brand carpet and flooring there is certainly a business out there that will stand behind what they sell and work with you to resolve issues, not put them off onto others. <br />

Aroma'z Mercer Carpet is a class act. Nick, the store manager gave a lot of his time in picking out our final flooring choice which ended up being a natural Acacia hardwood engineered flooring by Mohawk. The installers who are employees of Aroma reminded us of old world perfectionists in punctuality and craftmanship. Great attention was spent on detail and the final product is flawless and just gorgeous. All the Aroma employees made us feel like family. Their professionalism from top to bottom is a great attribute which is hard to find these days. We would recommend Aroma'z Mercer Capers to anyone wanting a great product and no problem service.

<p>I strongly encourage readers to reconsider any thoughts of using AromaZ as our experience outlined below clearly shows their work product, customer satisfaction and trustworthiness is suspect.</p> <p>We paid AromaZ approximately $30,000 to install hardwood floors throughout our entire house in November 2014.  Manny, one of the owners, was attentive and responsive throughout the install (before payment) and assured us the workmanship was guaranteed should we have any problems.  This was accurate for the first month after install as we had several areas that became unsecured and needed follow up attention.</p> <p>However, during the 3 months after install, the stairs (treads) started splitting and a call was placed to AromaZ (Manny) who agreed to come out and take a look.  He agreed that this was not normal and the treads would need to be replaced, but couldn?t until the Spring or Summer months.  </p> <p>From May 2015 to September 2015, the following occurred:  Four (4) attempts were made to correct the issue to no avail.  The FIRST ATTEMPT included scheduling the service and a NO SHOW. </p> <p>The SECOND ATTEMPT involved another scheduling, but again a NO SHOW. Several calls later led to a THIRD ATTEMPT and involved a team arriving for repair with the ?correct replacement treads?.  The team removed the existing treads, and during this process, damaged the risers, paint and side staircase.  To make matters even worse, the new treads were THE WRONG SIZE. So not only did they damage our stairs during the tear up, but they didn?t even have the right treads to put back on. Our house looked like a construction site. </p> <p>A call was made to Manny and he sounded surprised his team would take off the existing treads prior to verifying they had the correct replacement parts.  He ordered replacement treads and a team came out a FOURTH TIME to install them.  However, they were still not cut to the right size, as there are spaces on each side of the treads, and no repair was made to the risers or staircase.  Moreover, there was stain splatter all over our stair case.  Manny agreed to have a painter come out to repair all the damage, but several calls and texts to Manny to finish the job have since gone unanswered.  There has been no follow up to repair the unacceptable work (uneven treads, spaces between riser and treads, riser painting, wall scrapes as a result of the work, etc.). </p> <p>I give AromaZ a D, not an F, only because our experience in November 2014 started out promising.  </p> <br />

Going into the store and ordering the floor was painless. However the rest was a nightmare the installers scratched the floors and then tried covering it up with wood filler. They did replace the floors from all the damage but it didn't come without a hassle. Will be sure to never use them again! <br />

Work done in a timely manner. Both crews were good.

They measured to find the least amount of carpet to order.  I was concerned about seaming.  They assured me not to worry.  When th ey completed the job I did notice some seems so the redid the seeming to make sure it looked perfect, which it does now.  Also had a stain on another carpet in the housel.  They cut it out out, and patched with spare carpeting that I had.  Looks good as new.  Planning on using them again, for my upstairs in the future

The carpet in our family room was over 25 years old and needed to go. We got esimates from every carpet seller in the area, including the big box stores, and almost went with one of the box stores. However, after they came to us with 3 prices quotes that were wildly different, we became uncomfortable with our choice. Aroma'z had a carpet that I was happy with, in the color I wanted and in the size I needed - my room is very large, and I needed the longer roll to prevent a seam in the middle of the room. They did not balk at my request regarding the roll size, and it was easy to schedule the time for the estimate around our busy schedule, as well as the time for the install. The installers were very efficient, and were very careful when moving my furniture around. We are extremely happy with our purchase, and have been browsing again to get new carpet in a couple of our bedrooms. Highly recommended! <br />

Measuring of the house was smooth and painless. <br /> They had a large selection of carpet at all price points. <br /> Installation was smooth and painless. <br /> Everything was great. <br />

Claudio worked really hard to accomodate our changing schedule and got the work done in less time than origianlly estimated.  They also performed some minor repair work on a seam where the tray ceiling was damaged.  There are only a few minor areas where the paint got on the woodwork, but other than that, it all looks quite good. <br />

The sales phase was fine. The installation was very professional. One seam between the hallway and the master bedroom is very visible. Not happy with their reason for it showing. No other seam was visible from any other bedroom. They left with a large roll of excess carpet. We had a problem selecting the correct vacuum cleaner for this high quality carpet, so we asked for a large piece of our carpet 2 days after the install to take to a vacuum cleaner store to find the right cleaner. After several calls and their assurance they would let me know when i could pick it up. They never did. I felt like they would hope i would just go away. The pre sale was good. After sale service was terrible. I will not use them or recommend them to friends. <br />

They turned out to be good, though not looking like brand new cabinet doors. <br />

Installers were punctual and polite. They removed my old carpet and installed the new one with 2 hrs. Installation was professional and their pricing was $500 cheaper then Lowe's. Would recommend them.

They did good, have to come back to correct something. That was in October and the amount is $10000.

I was extremely pleased with the work done by Aroma'z.  I recommended them to a friend/co-worker who used them for carpet replacement when she was selling her house and she was also very pleased.  <br /> Flooring & Bathroom Remodeling:  This was the best of the services I had done.  All the guys (from the salesman to the installers) were hardworking, diligent in the quality of their installation, polite, and courteous.  They finished all the work in less time than I could have imagined.  When I was purchasing supplies, there was one tile I was considering for the bathroom but Manny advised me that since I lived in a townhouse, I wouldn't get my money back on that tile because of the expense.  He helped me to find an alternate tile and I absolutely love it and didn't break the bank.  I was having trouble deciding on the tile flooring for my kitchen and he came over with the samples I had selected and helped me decide.  With the quarter round, they said if I gave them the paint they would paint them for me and bring them when they installed the floors.  And their prices were so reasonable.  My mom had one bathroom remodeled with a different contractor for roughly the same price that I paid for all the work that I had done.  I liked the fact that I selected the materials and then they transported everything to my house, performed the work and cleaned up afterwards. They also hauled away my old carpet.  <br /> Electrical:  The electrical installation was safe and I loved the ceiling lights he installed.  Only negative I would say is that he didn't clean up after himself.  <br /> Plumbing:  The faucet installation was also good.  I had one that had issues after installation but it seems to be a fault with the faucet I purchased and not the installation of the plumber. <br /> Painting:  The guys who did the painting were also good and I'm happy with the paint job, but I had a lot of dust and cleanup afterwards. Unfortunately I decided to have the ceilings done after my new flooring installation and I had some cleanup of the floors also. <br /> I have a project I'm considering doing now in my kitchen and wouldn't consider anyone else.  I also liked that they gave me a printed estimate with all the items detailed out and the cost.  They stuck to what they committed to (materials and price).

My experience with them was great.  Their price was pretty reasonable for the most part and they were on time.  They came out and did the job well. Those were some of the things I enjoyed.  I was very satisfied with the results and there were no problems whatsoever.  They didn’t need to come back and fix anything.

I've had them do carpet installs twice. I was so happy with the first install they did, I asked them to come to our lake house 2 hours away to do an install - which they did! Again, I was very happy with the job they did. I will be using them again. <br /> <br />

I like that they're professional, on time, and did a good job. They never called that they would be late or anything. They were wonderful!

Materials were good quality. Installation was rushed and only one installer spoke English. Baseboard and stairs were scratched. Finished installation was only fair.
