Xavier reached out to me as soon as I made my post requesting a technician. This was on a Sunday and he offered to come that same day, which he did. After giving a diagnosis of what was wrong with the freezer he suggested that I would order the part (a little fan) and a week later he came back to replace the part on the appliance. He was cordial and efficient.
