We requested carpet cleaning for 11/11. The service was purchased via Angie's List website three weeks prior. The company called me right away and scheduled for 11/11 at 11:30. I attempted to call multiple times to confirm the service and left messages. I was finally able to get a hold of someone on 11/11 at 10am. She advised that they didn't have our appointment on their books and would not be able to come out. We rescheduled for the following week (11/16) and were told we would receive a call to confirm the day before. We never received a call and the did not show up on 11/16. We still have not heard back from them. I would not recommend this company to anyone!

It went very well. He was very good. We appreciated his work. He did a great job. He was timely. He got here and did the work. The work has quality. The individual was timely and did a good job. I would absolutely use them in the future.

Royal Carpet Ceaner was very prompted. From start to finish he was very professional. The job was done in a timely fashion. My rooms look like new carpet. I loved the service I will recommend to Friends and Family.
