Very smooth. Ben and Isaak were efficient and professional. After installing the new disposer, they discovered a clog in the drain, and promptly opened the pipes to clear the drain. We now have a new disposer and clean drains. Good work guys. Thanks again, Ron and Carol

I was not going to do this, but the more I thought about it, this needs to be reported. If you use the Royal Flush as a plumber, that is what you will get. I had a leak from my toilet and called them because they were on Angies list. The man that came only took him 5 minutes to know what was the matter. The toilet was replaced and he did an excellent job. Two weeks later water was on my floor again and called them back. A different set of plumers came and I ask where the older man was and they said he was fired. I was told that I had a block in my line and they would snake it for me(now I told them I have not had any back up) before I could catch them leaving, my floor was full of water, this went on for 5 more visits and at that time they said my line was plugged and they would have to place a camera down to see where it was and this would cost me $150.00. By this time I was so fed up that I said get it done, but my drain pipes are not blocked. The guy opened up the clean out valve and was going to pour water to see if it would flow. When he turned on the outside faucet, he broke it and had to shut off my water. Said nothing to me, plugged the faucet and said the pipe was not blocked. The other guy told me to put food coloring in the bowl and not use it to see where the leak was coming from. That toilet had a crack at the base and had to be replaced. A COUPLE OF WEEKS LATER WHEN I TRIED TO USE MY OUTSIDE FAUCET, I SAW THE CAP AND CALLED THEM, LEFT A MESSAGE WHY I WAS CALLING AND THEY DID NOT RETURN MY CALL, SO I CALLED AGAIN AND THE OWNED WAS NASTY ABOUT IT AND SAID THEY DID NOT DO IT, THE CITY DID I had to write this so other people would not be ripped of by them and get a :ROYAL FLUSH"

Paul and Cody were punctual and did great work. They installed everything quickly and even swept and cleaned everything up. I will definitely use them for any repairs needed in the future. I have used them in the past and they have always done great work.

took 3 trips $642 last trip man wanted $800 more on a lie hire at your peril

Company came out on a Monday during regular business hrs for a water leak which turned out to be a a/c drain pan leak. They charged LABOR - Extended a/c emergency pan drain line $150.00 which amounted to 4' 3/4" pvc 1 coupler and 1 90 deg elbow then charged me $37.05 for material. Labor - $100.00 to blow out drain and $20.09 for tax for a total of $307.14. Job estimate from 2 other large plumbing contractors said $150.00 and $125.00. I would not recommend them to come out to even clean a horse pen.

I have always been very pleased with not only the responsiveness, which is paramount when plumbing emergencies arise, but also with the follow up to make sure the repairs were done to my satisfaction. The charges have always been very fair in my experience.

We had A Royal Flush come out on 2/28/18 and replace some outside faucets and fix a leaky kitchen sink. The work was excellent. During that time, the handle on the main valve came off. They replaced the handle however it was still leaking. We noticed this and called them to see if they would come fix it as it was not leaking before they came. There was some miscommunication between my wife and the contractor. Once that miscommunication was cleared up they came out and replaced the valve at no cost to us. A Royal Flush is a great contractor who does great work. If you have a problem with what they did, the owner will gladly work through the issue and make sure you are satisfied like he did for us. I would hire them again in a heart beat. Thanks again Darin for everything.
