Charlie was very responsive and professional. Our A/C system destroyed itself as it died (first the outside unit [motor overheated and blade slid off while running, destroying the blade and the compressor], then the evaporator coil and thermostatic expansion valve [txv] in the attic). We replaced each item and Charlie did not consider the job completed until everything was not only replaced, but optimally working. He also followed up a couple of days after finishing the installation to make sure everything was still working well.

Charlie arrived as scheduled. He was professional, courteous, and efficient with his evaluation. Capacitor was replaced and coolant topped off. A/C worked again! Pleasure doing business with him.

Outstanding! I can't say enough positive things about Charlie and the service he provides. After having two other companies that had been recommended to us provide service to our A/C last summer, both of which seemed to be overpriced and neither of which resolved the issue but recommended we just buy a new HVAC system, I spent more time researching here and then called ARP. By the time our condenser was just running non-stop. He came out, replaced a small part, hosed off the equipment and spent quite a bit of time explaining to my husband what should be done to prevent overheating of the equipment if a similar issue occurred in the future. Since it was near the end of the summer we pretty much determined that we should look into replacing our 19 yr old HVAC system before the heat of the summer hit this year. We sought a couple of bids but just felt that Charlie would be our best bet so contacted him. He came out right away, discussed pros and cons of a couple of options (since I really just was considering replacing the A/C parts of the system. He then researched and followed up with us the next day, providing quotes for a few different systems -- the quotes were much better than we anticipated. Anyway, we decided to go with ARP and Charlie scheduled the installation for a couple of days later. He and his assistant arrived on time and quickly went to work removing our old system (which was rather difficult to remove from the closet). All along, they took great care to make sure they did not cause any damage. They then installed and tested the new system. He did tell us that he'd have to come back the next day to replace a piece of venting for the furnace but the A/C worked perfectly (which was what we needed). We feel that his ensuring that the correct piece was installed instead of modifying something to fit just demonstrated his professional approach and dedication toward doing the job right every time. It was a positive experience from beginning to end and we'd recommend Charlie and ARP to anyone!

Great. Took him less than 30 minutes from the time he arrived till he left.

Charlie was wonderful in troubleshooting our issue. Although the issue wasn't able to be fixed straight away due to parts having to be ordered, he provided a temporary solution that was satisfactory until parts arrived. With temperatures below 30, he was a life savior. He also helped us on the same-day appointment on a Saturday. The best part of this experience, was Charlie also solved other issues that he had noticed with the moisture senors, which saved a potential problem with the AC come summer. Oh, he also helped improve our thermostats. All and all, very pleased with ARP Heating and Air, and would highly recommend.

Charlie was fantastic. He came by between jobs to determine what needed to be done and came back and finished same day. We were very happy he could fit us in since we lost air with a 97 heat index and company on the way for my husbands birthday!! He was very professional and explained why we were having the problem and how to prevent if happens again. Thanks again. Will be calling him back for fall furnace maintenance.

Installed new furnace and AC

A/C went out the night before when the outside temp was approx 108 F...Blower was working fine but when we checked outside the fan on the outside unit wasn't on -- appeared to not be working at all. Of course it was a Friday night! Never fails - we always need emergency services on a weekend. Anyway - after calling for emergency service from another company that we used to provide preventative maintenance on our A/C just 2 months ago, we thought they'd be coming only to receive a call Saturday morning they wouldn't be able to get to our house until sometime next week... So I put calls out to 3 other companies. Never heard from 1 of them, received a call back from another company and they said that due to the high volume of calls with these temps they only had enough techs to service their "member" customers. Then I received a call back from Charlie of ARP only moments after leaving a message. He said that he had 2 customers before us but would come check it out right after them. About 15 min later he called to say that he wasn't getting an answer when he tried to call his next appointment and wasn't too far from us so he'd come to check out our system. I had to leave for an appointment 5 minutes later so gave my husband the info. Charlie arrived shortly after I left and my husband stressed to me how professional and personable he was but found that the outside unit was extremely hot -- since we hadn't known that we probably should have turned off the outside breaker that is just for that unit. Anyway, he hosed down the unit to cool it off then quickly told my husband that the capacitor needed to be replaced and replaced it. My husband asked him about whether or not the company sells/installs and Charlie said, "yes" and also explained that OG&E and ONG) are also offering rebates to customers who switch to natural gas A/C system, etc. Anyway, for now we've got A/C again and we'll look to call Charlie again for any A/C or heating issues as well as when we decide to replace our system.

Charlie diagnosed and fixed the problem. Because our equipment is an odd brand, the job was more complicated than it should have been. He worked many hours over two days. He is very thorough. Charlie explained everything to us and he researched the warranty to save us some money. He finished the work yesterday, but he came back today to be sure the AC was still working good.

This is probably my 10th Heat & Air company we've called in the last 2 years and I'm so excited that I've finally found THE ONE. He came out quickly, and believe it or not, diagnosed the problem and even discovered that I could have it fixed for free. It would have been easy for him to charge me for the repair (and I would have paid in a heart beat) but to go that extra step to try to save me $500.00...well you just don't find honest men like this anymore. Call this company. You won't be disappointed.

It was great doing business with Charlie. I called him after getting a bid from another company for a new HVAC system, their bid seemed very high and had specified much too large of a system for our small condo. Charlie evaluated our situation accurately, specified the correct sized equipment and replaced our system for about half the other company's bid. Charlie is very professional, does what he says, and took care of us in a very timely manner.

Charlie went above and beyond to help my elderly mother replace her heat and A/C units before the weather turned cold at the end of the week and at the best price for a quality system. He worked to save her money by finding equipment that fit within the existing duct configuration. He noticed that it was very difficult for her to change the filters and added an extension that would enable filters to automatically be changed (at no extra cost to her). I cannot express how thankful that we contacted him for these services. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone looking for Heat & A/C...

Charlie is the most fair and honest heating and air guy in the business! He changed out my system on a Sunday and was top notch professional in all areas!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!

Charlie came and changed out the capacitor, still would not work, then changed out that old loud fan in the compressor. Well those 2 parts did the trick!! Once again, Charlie to the rescue, and my AC has been fine. Thankfully!! Charlie always has a way of explaining in full detail so even someone who is not trained in these areas, can understand. And that really is important to me. I highly recommend Charlie, for Heating and AC..He is very honest, knows his craft, and is more than fair. He truly puts himself in the customers shoes...he is top notch and very kind also!!! I will always call on Charlie!!! Thank you!!!!!!!!

Charlie is a true professional with patience and the ability to explain to his customers the current situation and how to best resolve the problem. Outstanding! By far the best and most honest man I have met in the industry. I would recommend him to anyone! He was on time, courteous, efficient, knowledgeable and honest. Even when the electrician messed up big time and almost broke the brand new unit, Charlie stayed all day fixing their mistake. (I had told the electrician twice that they are not to hook up the unit to the electrical outlet they were installing as it was not yet loaded with the Freon. Any electrician that went to school is taught they CANNOT hook up an air conditioner unit to their outlet as that is the job for the Heating & Air Conditioning contractor. The electrician did NOT listen to me and did not pay attention to what they learned in school. They plugged it in anyway which caused the system to turn on and then effectively break because there was not Freon in the system yet. A new system has to be installed and then a test gas (not Freon) has to be filled into the system and have it sit for 24 hours to ensure the seals are all tight.) Even though Charlie was extremely frustrated by their actions, he was still polite with me and did not charge me for being stuck at my home all day one day and part of the next day. (He should have been at my home for about 1 hour and ended up having to work about 12 hours).

Extremely easy to work with. Called on a Saturday morning and he was out that evening. Took care of the issue and took the time to show us what needed to be done in the future. Professional at all points. Will hire again if needed.

Great - I called around 8:45 on a Saturday night and talked to Charlie. He was very nice and had me walk him through the issues I was having. He made it out on Sunday morning and was able to get us up and running within half an hour.
