jake was excellent, super patient with us while we explored options and we took a few months to decide what was feasible for us. he offered creative ideas on ways to fence in our side yard and suggested materials that would look and work best for our needs. within a couple weeks of signing the quote and issuing deposit, he and his team of 3 arrived right on time first thing in the a.m. and finished within a few hours. work was done professionally, efficiently, diligently. they cleaned up everything as soon as they were done and left us with a beautiful product. would highly recommend working with jake and his team.

We had a great experience working with Arrow Fence. Barry was professional, prompt and always responsive. We got a few quotes to replace about 150 feet of cedar fence and are very happy with the result. All premium cedar dog ear style fence with cedar posts and cap. Jake at the office always responded with emails and walked us through a sample build of the fence. Barry followed up with a fix on a concern we had and also assured us future service if needed on the fence as some posts had cracked/"checked". I would definitely hire them again!!

Fantastic. We worked with Ray on the quote. He was flexible in terms of coming out to get a lay of the land and even came back out a second time to answer some follow-up questions that we had. Communication was quick and clear and the work was booked quickly. The work itself was done in a day and a half - and it was a BIG job. The guys worked really hard. We would absolutely use Arrow again in the future and would recommend them to others.

Everything was done exactly as promised with regard to time frame and execution. Barry was always available to answer questions as they arose. The challenge of avoiding damage to some trees and shrubs that had overgrown the old fence was dealt with expertly. The crew was professional and helpful and left the site in great condition.

Arrow had the best price for the work among the 5 companies which I had estimates from. They showed up when scheduled and removed old fence with new. When they left there was no sign they had been there (all the dirt had been neatly replaced, all debris gone) other than I had a beautiful new fence. Very impressed with their work.

The company did a great job! Barry came out within a week after I called. He answered all my questions and provided an estimate within 24 hours. He provided all the information I needed to get the yard flagged for safe digging. Within three weeks, Barry brought out a crew, and they completed the fence that day! The guys were careful, fast, and very hard workers. I was impressed, and the fence looks fantastic.

Better than I could have hoped. Jake was amazing to work with. He provided options, suggestions and guidance through the whole process. Jake was very patient with us and made three trips to our house to provide new quotes. He communicated with us through the process and made installation seamless. Arrow Fence Repaired multiple panels and posts on an aging fence. Trevor Sullivan responded quickly to my inquiries and provided an estimate for the repair in a timely manner. He carefully determined which items needed to be replaced and which items were still sound. The job required obtaining panels to exactly match the existing fencing which the company was able to provide. The quality of the work was excellent and efficient. Moreover, the price of the repair was 60% less than the company that originally installed the fence. I recommend them highly.

<p> </p> <p>After researching and getting quotes from other vendors, we decided to go with Arrow Fence based on reputation. They installed a cedar fence with gate around our back yard. While the finished product is quality work*, there was a severe lack of communication. The estimate we were provided was that the job would take 2 days. They started the job on a Monday, completing 90% of the fence. When they didn't come back on Tuesday, we were surprised and called to find out when we could expect them back. We received a call the next day saying that all gates are custom-built and they hoped to finish the job by Friday. The extra timeframe was never provided on the quote by Arrow and never discussed with me or my husband. Cut to Friday. They did not come to the house as expected. My husband then called Arrow and was told they would not be able to complete the job until probably Sunday. Needless to say we were very unhappy. We had to reschedule plans for that weekend plus went a week when our dog couldn't be left in the yard unsupervised. Understanding that June is a busy time of year to have a fence installed, we expected the job to take some time. However, we expected it to be done in the time quoted. *The only issue we had with the finished product is the gate lock. It was very difficult to open/shut to the point that one really needed to put a lot of effort into pushing/pulling the gate open. Due to the problems we had already experienced with the vendor, my husband ended up fixing the lock. </p> <p>To clarify, after my husband contacted the vendor when they said they would not be able to come out until Sunday, Arrow did make it out on Saturday to complete the job. We were very happy to have the job finished completely although we were not able to show it off until the weekend after originally planned. The fence certainly looks great.<br /> <br /></p> <p>We would not recommend this vendor.</p> <p>Thank you to Arrow for your reply regarding our review.
