Couldn't have asked for better. The people I dealt with, from Mike Taylor through the two men who did the installation, were professional and prompt. I would definitely hire them again.

Transformer blew across street/ created power surge through furnace and charred wires/ circuit board. Because of a caregiver being in the home with 97 year old - ARS was out to assess within 2 hours of the fire dept., then a call that night about what is needed and options for repair/replacement. Manager called to discuss options, then met me in a different city on Thursday to discuss and sign work order. Fortunate to have a cancellation because the furnace was installed with cool air back on by 4:00 Friday; so mom did not have to be moved to stay cool for the 100+ heat. When the installer left, he has tested everything and waited until cool air was flowing and I understood the new thermostat. He stressed to call him if ANY issues come up.

Our technician was prompt, quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Several days later I called ARS back because of an odor in the same area of our basement. They reassigned our same technician who was able to suggest a fix over the phone and saved me an unnecessary service call. We have had no subsequent problems. I wouldn't hesitate to call them again.

We are very happy with both the systems and the service provided. The recommendations of the ARS team members were greatly appreciated. The team was responsive to our schedule, and a pleasure to work with. Even though we were a good distance from their office, we were thankful for their professionalism and willingness to work directly with us.

Tech came out and made sure to explain things to me in a way I could understand since I am not familiar with furnaces. We decided to get an estimate and had another very friendly gentleman come out and sold us a new system. He spent a lot of time and made us feel comfortable with our options. We have the installers out the next day, they were very friendly and hard working. Will call ARS for all our heating / plumbing needs.

The whole process was start to finish was outstanding.  I felt we got a great price, partly because we took advantage of an early-season deal.  The installation of the units was scheduled quickly and completed in a timely manner.  We got good explanations about the new products and how to use them.  The installers were careful around our dogs and completely cleaned up the installation site when finished.  We have used ARS for our furnace and A/C needs for years and will continue to do so.

In both cases ARS worked with us to diagnose the problem, customized solutions to serve our needs, and to resolve our problems.  The team was responsive and "fleet footed" when the situation changed - requiring a different solution.  Neither of these tasks was easy, and we are happy with the results.

The guys were so professional and accomidating to my schedule. It was litterally the best service experience that i have ever had. It litterally took 4 hours for them to replace the furnace, i thought it would be all day but they were in and out before i knew it. It was a wonderful experience. Great experience! They tried hard to repair my very old A/C and did make it last a bit longer but told me it was on its last leg. <br /> <br /> So when it did die, I called them. The sales person came and sat down with me and wasn't pushy at all. Didn't force me at all, just laid out all the options and the pluses and minuses of each option. Lots of payment options available as well. Also explained the warranty and was patient thru all of my questions. I'm a very thorough person especially with that big of a purchase! <br /> <br /> Then there was an issue after (manufacturer fault) and their service tech came out and found the issue immediately. He worked hard to try to call all close warehouses but no one had the part. So he ordered the part. Again the service tech put up with my questions and explained the issue in words I understood and even showed me the issue. No cost for any of this repair since I had gotten the warranty. Haven't had any issues and its working great! Would recommend!

We came back from our Christmas vacation to find about an inch of standing water in our basement after heavy rain. We called three different plumbers, and ARS was the only one who responded within 3 hours of our call at 10 pm. They sent out a tech (Brian) who determined that our sump pump had died. He installed a temporary pump that drained into the toilet. The next day, he came back and installed a new sump pump for $575. About an hour after he left, it began shaking, and the sump pit filled to the brim with water. We called Brian back, and he came back right after he had finished the job he was working on (despite having 10 other jobs queued up for the remainder of the day). He determined that the power cord had gotten wrapped around the float, and fixed the problem at no charge. So far, the new sump pump has worked flawlessly. We also requested ARS look at an exterior drain in our backyard, but they referred that job to a larger service company because they didn't have the equipment to handle the pipe. In summary, we found ARS responsive and honest. <br />
