I've dealt with a lot of contractors in the past and for the most part have been overcharged by people with lack of experience and shoddy work ethic. This was my best experience so far with hiring contractors for my private home. As he was working, Mr Palmer made a point to suggest ideas that would further increase aesthetic value while decreasing in costs and kept my budget within the parameters I expected resulting in quality crafsmanship thatl was value added by his expierence rather than part of my initial plan. He also made a point to do a little homework and he found lighting, flooring, and cabinetry, were on discounted rates which allowed me to save money in some areas and upgrade other areas past my expectations without changing the price. I strongly recommend Sam on a professional level as well as on a personal level, he is somebody I will definitely be using from now on.
