Artisan Custom Closets designs, manufactures, and installs custom closets, walk-in closets, pantries, garages, and whole-home storage for homeowners across Metro Atlanta and North Georgia. Founded in 2011 and locally manufactured at our 29,000-square-foot facility in Marietta, we're one of the few companies in the Southeast that handles every step in-house, from your initial consultation to the final installation.

Fantastic design and construction. Sales rep was also wonderful in helping to be sure measurements would fit our clothes.... long hang, tall husband shirts and pants, shoe storage, etc. Even designed a landing for jewelry box, wallets, coins, and keys.

Artisan Custom Closets was a total game changer for me and my husband. Kimberly was so knowledgable and spent a good bit of time making sure we were maximizing our space and perfecting it to our needs. Installation was on time as scheduled and the installers were professional and ensured we were satisfied with the installation. We were more than satisfied and never could have imagined how efficient and nice the finished product is. Kimberly checked in with us throughout and after the process to make sure everything was to our liking. We highly recommend Artisan!

I'm so happy I found Artisan. I just did a full master bath and closet renovation and was originally going to go with the custom closet from Home Depot. After comparing the prices and the quality of the materials it was a no-brainer that I needed to go with Artisan. My design consultant, Brandi Doctoroff, was truly amazing with following up on the project. The installation went well too! I'll use them again and again and highly recommend. I'm so pleased with the finished product.

Overall, it went very well. Very nice, kind, and punctual professionals. The only reason I wouldn't give it an A is because both the Sales associate and builder arrived at my home without a mask (during a global pandemic). Despite me answering the door wearing a mask, they did not acknowledge their lack of mask. As someone who's family has been critically impacted by COVID, this was very disappointing to me.

We had a great experience with Artisan Custom Closets. Danielle listened to my suggestions, considered our needs and came up with an efficient, beautifully designed master closet. The day before, the prep and paint was professional, and the installation by Marshall was impeccable. Very professional company with a great, quality product. I highly recommend them for any closet needs. Their price was also better than 2 other companies we received quotes from also.

This is the 2nd house we have had them come in and install closets for us! We love working with them!! They listen to what you need look at your current closet and work with you to create a closet that is dang near perfect! The install is fast and easy.. Our guy was super nice and early!! they clean everything before they leave too!!

It is incredible the amount of space they were available to create such beautiful work. It is beautiful so much extra hanging space than we before. I love the shelves for shoes etc and drawers. I love everything about it. Plus my closet feels and is bigger still so roomy. I thought for sure it might feel small but no. I could just sit in there in awww.

Jay Choice is absolutely AMAZING! I had multiple quotes and she was a master with her tape measure! Very consultative and made me feel like a VIP client from beginning to end. I will definitely call Jay again for my closets and laundry room soon!

My husband and I have been married 20 years. We have been fiscally responsible in saving and not getting ourselves into debt. So, when we made a large sum of money on a recent house sale, I was excited to be able to have some freedom to make changes to our new house how I saw fit. I am not a designer nor claim to be one. I expressed this to the woman we worked with as our "Closet Designer". Her mantra was "any thing goes". Hindsight is 20/20. I wish she would have been able to give more direction on the over all look, color and paint choices of the mudroom. The designed explained paint choice was not her jurisdication, but it seems like the company should be able to streamline a handful of paint colors to go with their cabinets. I really disliked the fact that she said "anything goes" and really did encourage me to take the trim off the closet (that we made into individual shelving/hook). Is it the worse looking mudroom you have ever seen? No. But it is just "ok". The quality of the unit was exceptional but just have a lot of regrets regarding the over all look. I held off giving my opinion for a year and half, but Artisian kept on asking for it. So here it is......

First off, we had several quotes and designs that we got along with Artisan. We had a new build house that wasnt finished, but had a model. Beverly was the only one that would come out to the model to get us a design and pricing. Beverly was so creative with the design and listened to our needs when she came up with the best design for us. We went to the showroom to see where everything is made and met the owner, which was just another reason we went with Artisan. The owner was very nice and came out to say hello to us, the morning we were there and thanked us for our business. We had closed the deal a few months before installation, but this last week was installation day. We were told that the installers would wear booties and would need access to the garage and would clean up their mess, etc.... How many times have we heard that, "we'lll clean up"... Billy and Joel came out to install, were on time and very professional. We had asked them to do the pantry first, then the his closet, as we had some last minute painting still needing to be done in the "hers" closet and also needed to work, so the kitchen was the only place for that. They had no problem with our request. They installed everything and it looked amazing! Did they clean up, oh YES!... Cleaned everything up and even wiped down the shelves and drawers for the closets and pantry they just installed. We are so impressed with the way they turned out.
