Dates and amounts paid = 06/27/2023 $2400, 07/06/23 $2400, 07/13/23 $5000, and 07/31/23 $375 1. Dan and his partner began construction after the first payment of $2400 on 6/27/23. 2. The plans were were altered several times and a new contract was supposed to have been written. It was never received. My understanding was that the changes were being made for the originally agreed price of $4800. No other amount was ever discussed. Changes not completed from the first contract included - no 4x4 landing was built, nor steps added to the existing screen door; There were no standard 36" wide steps built to join the existing deck; also, there was no set of standard steps built leading to the grill pad. Instead the length of the deck was extended to reach the existing screen door. 3. No steps were added from the ground up to the deck from the grill pad. 4. No 4x4 landing or 36" wide steps were added to the screen door. 5. No standard 36" steps were added to connect the existing deck. Scrap wood (according to Dan) was used to make one long step connecting the new and existing decks. 6. Requested metal poles to hang lights on deck and around pool. 7. There was a charge of $200.00 added to cover 5 metal poles added to the deck on which to string outdoor lights (I provided the light strings). 8. There was an additional charge of $375.00 for 5 additional metal pipes to go around the pool to equal the same height as the metal poles on the deck. They would have needed to be 9' in length. Instead 5 PVC pipes of 8' length were painted black and installed to hang the lights. When this was done without my consent, I asked to have them changed out for the metal poles. The PVC pipes were already bending inwards toward the pool. Dan promised to correct the matter by putting in the metal pipes like the ones on the deck. This never happened. 9. At one point I mentioned encircling the deck with lattice and they wanted more money. I said no. 10. I mentioned sealing the new deck and he wanted to raise the price again. I said no. 11. During the process a new contract was requested on several occasions and nothing was provided in writing. 12. Numerous requests were made to complete the work with no results.

The gazebo project went very well. Everything was done in a timely and professional manner .

Deck repair was the first job. The deck boards were replaced, but the the railing is not finished. She asked to make sure not up to code. Left a mess from the deck. Additional Handyman work was done: Small window replacement, broke the gate, didn't complete fixing the electrical in the garage, railings on deck and check if deck up to code. She let barrow pole pruner to order a part to fix and never delivered. Also paid for the wood and was to get a refund. Never did. So is willing to have sp make it right with window, gate , railings and the pole pruner. If not willing to work it out $600.

Fantastic!! Dan was very professional and explained the process along the way. He finished the project in a timely matter, working in 100 degree heat every day. Dan exceeded my expectations and I could not be more pleased. Also, Dan is just a good guy, I would hire him again.

Dan and his team did an excellent job designing and building new stairs and a landing from our existing deck to our pool deck. Communication was timely and professional. We loved the design and the workmanship was excellent and they cleaned everything up nicely. The price was fair as well. I highly recommend this company!

He did a fabulous job, and a very thorough. It was solid! It was done in a very timely manner. I was really really happy, and he really took care of me.

Lead worker Dan was such a pleasure to deal with very friendly and professional. I paid for a fence to be put in, job was around $2K took less than a full day it was so fast and they did a beautiful job. I would/have recommended them for future work.
