He arrived on time, covered the carpeting and the appliances in the area where he was working.  Got right to work cutting out the old, discolored ceiling.  We can't tell where the ceiling was missing at all after dealing with the hole for months. <br /> The ceiling was painted two days later (he wasn't well the next day) making sure everything was dry. <br /> It looks great and I plan to enlist his services again for other jobs, hopefully in the spring. <br /> <br /> <br />

He did a great job. Its looks amazing. The contractor was the only one out of 4 I called who met me the same day I called to check the work, gave  me a price the same date and gave me a written contract with the work to be performed, date for completion and he delivered on time and even took pictures after the work was finished.

We have three small children and an english bulldog (Elvis) who are also all very fond of him.  Sometimes when he goes for lunch he'll come back and share his dessert with our 5-year old.  I often find Elvis hanging out in whatever room John is working in.  Projects like this can take weeks, even months and it's so comforting having someone you trust and respect working in your home. <br /> We also had some problems with some of the other subcontractors who damaged things, or didn't finish something correctly and John was very supportive in helping to get the job done, and done right.  I'm happy to provide photos to or speak with anyone seriously interested in hiring him.

<br /> <br />First of all John is extremely patient and full of ideas. All I wanted was to fix my walls and add a simple floor for the lowest price possible. He gave me different options and pointed out how my current set up did not add any function to the space. We originally had shelves and a room full of clutter, a long hallway and no space for anything else. The basement was only used for laundry and storage. he suggested having the whole thing gutted. Each day I would leave for work in the morning and come home to more progress on the basement. I left him access to my home and in addition to being GREAT at his work he and his brother were extremely trustworthy. I felt comfortable leaving them in my home while I was at work. <br /> <br />John takes much pride in his work my floor was in terrible condition and incredibly uneven throughout the entire area. At no point did he rush or charge more despite the fact that the floor installation was much more difficult then he had anticipated. He had to level my floor section by individual section to make it even. <br />From the floor installation, to putting up walls and giving me beautiful recessed lighting. He even set up my tv connections so no wires would show through the walls. <br />The finishing touches were great! He even built discrete storage spaces. I can not say enough about John and his company. I would use them in a heart beat and recommend them to even the pickiest clients. <br /> <br />
