Chris (Owner of Artistic Drywall) was able to quote my job (that I thought was fairly large) and complete the work within a week. Chris took the extra time to explain how the work would be completed and was very knowledgable when answering my questions. We removed two walls and a ceiling header between some existing rooms, refinished a hallway closet, repaired various wall imperfections in our laundry and bathroom, and re-textured our first floor ceilings. Everything looks absolutely fantastic! Chris and crew was very friendly and professional. We were a little nervous about going with a flat ceiling finish as it shows every imperfection but I can honestly say, there are none!

Chris promptly returned by call and came to my house to assess the needed repair and provide an estimate for the work.  Within a week Chris was able to schedule the work to be done. <br> <br>Jason (who performed the repair) (and Chris) arrived promptly on the scheduled day and time and had the repair completed within 2 hours.  Jason took extra care to spread plastic in areas to catch any debris during the repair.  In addition, he secured the seam between two pieces of wallboard to be repaired to a piece of wood he placed in the attic to insure that the repaired seam would not sag in any way after the repair (new tape and ceiling texturing) was complete.   I thought this was a "value add" step that insured a high quality result. <br> <br>After repairing the damaged seam with new tape, Jason was able to "mud" the area of the repair and match the ceiling texture pattern so that the repair blended in completely with the rest of the ceiling. <br> <br>Jason thoroughly cleaned up all debris from the repair and left the room and floor as clean as when he started his task. <br> <br>Overall, I thought the work completed was of high quality and very professional and exceeded my expectations. <br>

Chronologically speaking: <br> <br>1)  I called Chris and he took my call (no voicemail, no waiting,... perfect).   <br>2)  I was able to set up an appointment for Chris to come out and provide me an estimate at a time that was convenient for me. <br>3)  Chris showed up on time and provided a fair estimate. <br>4)  We set a date for the work. <br>5)  On the day of the job, Chris called before he came to let me know when he would arrive and he showed up on time. <br>6)  Chris and his help went right to work and completed the job in 3 1/2 hours. <br>7)  The job was done expertly and artistically.  I was (and still am) amazed at how well it looked. <br>8)  They cleaned up their work area. <br>   <br>Chris was very professional and friendly.  Based on the experience I had with Artistic Drywall, I will most likely use their services again and I would strongly recommend them for drywall and ceiling repair.

<p>The 20' long crack in the joint of my vaulted family room/upper loft ceiling was repaired and textured to perfection - deserving an A rating.  Chris Estrada and Jason worked extremely well together, re-securing the existing drywall to existing roof rafters on each side of the crack.  The joint was then taped and new spackling applied and left to dry.  The following day, additional spackling was applied and textured to perfection to match the existing ceiling finish.  Cleanup was thorough.</p> <p>The repaired joint was left to dry for 2 days.  Then painters, Robert and Bill, returned to paint approx. 400 sq. ft. of vaulted family room, loft and entryway ceilings.  The finished painting was exceptional and deserving of an A rating.  However, cleanup left a lot to be desired, with Robert and Bill leaving the premises without completing a final inspection.  Although drop clothes were used, paint specs were left on wood floors, furniture, ceiling fan blades and handrails.  Also, brushes were cleaned in kitchen and bathroom sinks, with paint residue left in both sinks.</p> After calling and complaining of the cleanup deficiencies to Mr. Estrada, Robert returned the following day and did a very good job of correcting all deficiencies.  I will definitely contact Artistic Drywall for any future drywall project. <br />

Chris and his crew were great from start to finish. I was traveling prior to the job, so we made most of the arrangements by phone or text. The crew was very efficient--from prep on day one to paint and final clean-up on day four (one day early!). They arrived when they said they would; forecast each day's work, including letting me know how much access I could expect to the rest of the home, and cleaned up each day. Prep work was great--drywall is a messy job, and each day the work area was cleaned up nicely. On the final day, I came home about an hour after they finished, and other than the smell of new paint, you'd never know there'd been work going on. <br /> Every member of Chris's crew was extremely professional; they made sure the job was done to my satisfaction. <br />

They skim coated the walls in one room and removed wallpaper in another, also doing some repairs. The workers arrived on time, did a good job and cleaned up afterward.  I would hire them again.  <br />

Due to a pipe leak in our home, we had large holes in our dining room ceiling just before the holidays. After calling many places, Artistic Drywall came to my rescue! Chris was able to squeeze me in between jobs before Christmas and was able to send me a quote over text message based on images of the repairs needed I sent him via text message because I was in such a rush. A team of two people came to our home on time and with all of their supplies. They laid plastic down on all of our floors prior to starting and worked efficiently. They patched a 10x10 inch hole in my ceiling and another smaller area where water damage occurred. They then re-textured the entire ceiling. The re-texturing matched the tray part of our ceiling perfectly. When they were finished, it looked like nothing had ever happened. All mess was and cleaned up when they were finished. I highly recommend them! <br />

Chris and his team were very professional.  They did a great job finishing what my husband had started.  My husband started to finish the basement but ran out of steam so we called Artistic Drywall for a quote.  They took the job on, completing some framing that needed done, they finished hanging the drywall as well as fixing some of our drywall mistakes, they did all the finish trim and painted,  The end result was so much better than we would have ever gotten completing it ourselves.  The drywall looks great and so does the trim.  The only reason I gave them a "B" on punctuality is because they bumped the schedule around a little.  But Chris was an excellent communicator when they did that,always calling me ahead of time, and they still completed the job in less than the proposed time in the contract.  He was very professional, and we plan on hiring him and his team to do some more paint jobs and a drywall repair in the near future. <br />

Artistic Drywall LLC was prompt in their reply; they kept in communication with me; they arrived as scheduled and completed the work on time. The work done (stippled ceiling repair) was excellent; the repairs blend perfectly with the existing ceiling. <br />

Artistic did and excellent job. They were professional, communicated when they would be arriving at the house and completed the job as scheduled.  The quality of the work was excellent and Chris worked with me to fix the mistakes that I made in the construction.  I am VERY pleased his work and would definitely hire them if I have drywall finishing needs in the future. I would recommend Artistic Drywall. <br />

Job went very well. Chirs and crew did a great job on my basement. One reason I chose Artistic is because of the mention here that they installed over a self-framed project. That's what I did. Chris was very helpful in telling me what needed done in order for the installation to go well. He came out to the house 2x before starting, to make sure the framing was properly done. The first time he came out was before I had even signed the order to do the work and gave instruction on what else needed done. I was impressed by that. The job took right about as many days as he said it would. That was crucial as I wanted it finished before Thanksgiving. Communication was good which is crucial when a job stretches for several days. He was very nice to work with. <br />

Chris and his crew were professional and courteous to both us and our home. They did a quality job at a very competitive price. I would definitely use them again if we have more work to do in the future. <br />

I had used Chris to drywall my basement a few months ago and he and Jason did a great job.  When I needed to drywall my daughters basement I called Chris on a Thursday and he came out on Friday morning.  We agreed on a price and he started on Monday and was complete by the next Saturday just like he promised.  The thing I like best about Chris and his team is that they don't mess around.  They get the job done, clean up and when they leave there is no dust and the walls are ready for primer.  Chris even fixed a spot that was not part of the basement without being asked or asking for more money.  I will admit that sometimes they don't always show up as scheduled but Chris always texted me and they still finished the job as scheduled even though they had to work on a Saturday to finish. <br />

When I called Artistic Drywall the owner responded  immediately and we set up a time for an estimate. He showed up exactly when he said he would giving us a reasonable estimate and telling us exactly when he would be available to do the job. Chris and his team showed up when they had agreed to and repaired all the ceiling and all the walls. They matched the bathroom ceiling to the pattern in the rest of the house and it looks better than it did originally. They were always friendly and polite and kept the house clean. I would definitely call them again if I needed any other drywall work. They were professional, timely and very pleasant to work with. <br />
