very good. Guys punctual. Did an OK job cleaning up behind themselves. We had to call to find out when they'd be available to start the job. Once we got that organized, things began to move. Pretty neat process for stamped concrete.

It went great! They were very knowledgeable and were able to problem solve and add preventative measures for possible draining issues. They had great ideas and were easy to get along with. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them to others.

This is a great company to work with. From the initial review and estimate, to the finished product, they were super. They communicated with me, the techs were great. Bob and his team were extremely professional & courteous. They said what they were going to do and they did it. Along the way, they pointed out structural problems and gave the options to have them addressed, which I did. No pressure sales--consultative and informative. Their price was fair and reasonable. As a family, we love their work and I highly recommend.

Awesome job! They came out as promised/expected to do the work. The job went as excepted with no surprises or delays. I'd definitely hire them again. Overall, from the time they returned my initial call to come out and give me an estimate to the time the work was completed. First class job start to finish.

Bob was very knowledgeable. His design suggestions made for a better walkway. When our siding company took longer than expected to re=side house, Bob adjusted his schedule to accommodate. Was gracious and understood. Team doing the work was top notch. They won't be the cheapest quote; but they offer a quality product.

Very professional, punctual and respectful. I had an idea of what I wanted to do but they offered great suggestions to improve the layout keeping in mind future expansion of the patio. With respect to the 'B' rating on the price, had this just been a straight patio, i would have given an 'A' rating. An island with grill and refrigerator was presented during our contract talks and I agreed to have it done. I was a little disappointed in what arrived compared to the price I paid for it. I'm certain I could have done the island and grill for much less but that's just a lesson learned. Overall, ASCM was a great company to work with and will work with them again as I expand the patio.

I choose services based on recommendations from friends and family. ASCM (Artistic Stamped Concrete of Maryland) came highly recommended, and they did not disappoint. From the moment I placed a call , someone contacted me within two hours to schedule a site visit. The Salesman was amazing, he went over all of the details, showed us pictures, took his time to understand our needs and incorporate them into what was actually possible. The project started in September, and truly a very easy experience. The men who did the concrete work were professional, courteous, and very clean. I can't say enough great things about the work provided. We were highly impressed.

Bob was very knowledgeable and his team was extremely polite and professional. They answered all of my questions ... and the finished job exceeded all of our expectations. Our patio is gorgeous and after a year it still looks brand new and we get compliments on how much it looks like real stone ... we chose the random stone pattern and it's just amazing! We highly recommend Bob and his team. They are competitive with pricing and the quality and craftsmanship of their work is extraordinary.

When the salesman came out to give me a quote for the job, I explained to him that the existing concrete was very deep. When they came out to do the job, they broke up the concrete, but refused to remove most of the old concrete. They knocked a hole in my foundation with the jack hammer. They also broke a block on my retaining wall. Before they pored the new pad, I demanded to speak to the forman. I express my concern for the amount of old concrete left and the damage to my property. They fixed my foundation. He refused to remove the excess concrete chunks. I have attached a picture of the damaged foundation and excess concrete. I was concerned about the new pad cracking. He assured me that would not happen. Well 6 months later, the slab cracked in half. They came out and put something in the Crack that is darker then the concrete and looks awful! 3 years later, the pad is cracked in several places and it has pulled away from the 17 year old slab that was not replaced, by an inch, inch and a half.

"Thank you for the review from your 2012 regular brushed concrete project. During construction it seemed that your area is on top of a underground spring. There is always a potential for cracks over time as we have freeze & thaw cycles in this area moving the ground each cycle. With all that water in the ground, it is an unavoidable situation. We provided a solution that would minimize and help prevent structural damage. We would be happy to come out and assist you in filling in any crack 1/4 inch wide or more caused by weather conditions. Who ever put in the old slab didn't use expansion material and it attached to your foundation and your wall. Please let us know if there is anything further we can help with."

It went Great! The gentleman who oversaw the entire project ran into a few small unexpected obstacles but overcame them with no extra charge. The small retaining wall settled after a few months so immediately after I called to ask about it- without my knowing- they came out, fixed it and all has been great since so- AWESOME!! <br /> They helped me move some plants we had to dig up as well- so that was nice. <br /> Overall- AWESOME Patio. Lines are straight, everything looks AWESOME a year later and I'd totally use them again. <br />

This provided was a dream. I knew nothing about the process, cost, options or anything. He spent time with me and explained what needed to happen, all the different options I had and was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable. We decided on a price (with an Angie's List discount) and set a date. A week before the date, he called and told me when the crew would be there and what would happen each day of the work. It happened exactly as he said. And the crew was a delightful group of hard working fellows. They were courteous, knowledgeable, and as I mentioned, hard working. <br /> I almost wish I had more work for them as they were the best. I can't recommend them enough. <br />

They were great to work with - responsive over email (since it is difficult for either myself or my husband to do much talking on the phone during the work day) and came by to provide an estimate, got started, and then were done more quickly than I am used to. They were also very kind to fix our mailbox which was falling over - without our asking, they went and filled the hole and righted the post. I couldn't be more happy. <br /> Our yard is sloped and the one corner where the patio ended, which was the lowest part seems to be sloping down a little more than the rest of the patio. They suggested we keep an eye on it and let it settle. There is a one-year warranty on the installation, so they promised that they will come by later after it's settled if it is still looking questionable. <br />

Bob and his guys did a great job, were friendly, punctual, and the patio looks awesome. I do not recommend using their suggested Deck builder, Dave Lombardo though. I have had nothing but problems with Dave, who hires subcontractors without telling you. Bob is amazing, I would hire him twice though. Highest recommendation for him and the work he does. <br />
