⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Review for Artistic Touch Tree Service We recently hired Artistic Touch Tree Service, owned and operated by Chad, and we couldn’t be more pleased with the entire experience. It was very easy to obtain an estimate from Chad, and we worked with his office manager, Becki, to coordinate the details. We let them know what we wanted done and that we were in no hurry — scheduling the work 4 to 6 weeks out was perfectly fine. Four homes on our cul-de-sac coordinated together for various tree projects. Some had trees removed with firewood left behind and stacked neatly, while others requested all debris to be hauled away and shredded for mulch. Chad arrived with a professional crew of about nine people who worked hard for roughly four and a half hours. They removed eight trees, trimmed six more, and cleaned up so thoroughly that you’d never know they had been there. The price was extremely reasonable, especially compared to similar work I’ve had done in the past. The team operated safely and efficiently, with three climbers carefully topping and lowering trees to avoid any damage to nearby trees, our deck, or neighboring properties. Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He knew exactly how to trim each tree — whether lightly or more moderately — and happily handled a few additional requests we made on the day of the job. All four homeowners were extremely satisfied and would highly recommend Artistic Touch Tree Service to anyone. We already plan to have them back next year to trim our ornamental trees. It was also great to learn that Chad and his team have done work for our homeowners association, neighboring subdivisions, multiple cities around Central Indiana, and even for the State of Indiana. A first-class experience from start to finish!

Lightning stuck tree near our home too damaged to salvage. Took down tree, sub returned within a week to grind stump. Efficient, courteous, fast, and a great price. Would definitely hire again.

Cannot recommend Artistic Touch enough. Provided a prompt estimate, and I had to wait about a month for the HOA to approve. Once they did, they were out within a week to remove the trees. Called me when he arrived, talked to me about possible cable line issues near one of the trees, and got it all done. Not a single leaf was left on the ground, the stumps were ground, and they back-filled the hole and made it nice and level. I wan't even home when they did the work, and if it weren't for the trees being gone you would have never known they were there. Cost was much lower than other estimates received, and high quality was delivered. Excellent work to Chad and his team!

Fast and smooth. We had 8 trees that needed to go, several very close to our neighbor's property, and one back in a wooded area. Chad and his team were meticulous, with surgical precision. They were careful with the landscaping, and cleaned everything up when they were done. We had seen Chad's handiwork around our neighborhood, so we were confident in his expertise, and we are delighted to reccomend him. We would hire him again. He exceeded our expectations.

I was very satisfied. The crew arrived on time, worked hard all day and did everything they asked. Chad used ropes as he could not get a truck with a bucket into my yard.

The service and communication was great. Chad's tree removal quote was easily 50% cheaper than any of the other quotes I received from other providers in the Indy area. He had a bucket truck and a three man crew. I initially messaged Chad via Angie's List app and received a reply back within a few days. I could tell he was incredibly busy, so communication back and forth was fine since I didn't need immediate service. He recommended I call 811 to mark the lines in the ground prior to the work being done. Scheduling for the work was a bit tricky as we didn't quite nail down an exact date, but I received a call from him within 5 days of agreeing to the service and he was at my doorstep. Once the Trees were down, he sub contracted the stump work out through BWS Stump Removal (at ~$50 per stump) - which was equally great and the stump work was done the next day. All in all, great service and I recommend Chad to anyone in the Indianapolis area needing tree work done. I will be using his services again very soon.

Chad and his team did an excellent job removing four pine trees from my back yard, grinding the stumps and trimming two large maple trees on my property. They were very fast and effective in their work. It took them about an hour to do the job. They also cleaned up the yard well after the job was done. I would highly recommend this company for any tree service needed.

Emerald Ash Borer hit my neighborhood hard this year and I luckily met Chad when he was removing Ash trees from my neighbors yard.  I got several quotes to remove my trees and Chad was the low bid, nearly half of some other local tree service bids.  He was very prompt in returning my calls and always did a great job of explaining things before they were done.  My back yard includes a rather large dropoff with the majority of the trees being at the bottom.  Access was difficult and to be honest I wasn't sure how they would get the trees out.  Chad explained that they wouldn't be able to get a truck back there but would climb the trees to clear the canopy and then fell the logs, cut them up and remove them with a skid steer loader. They even did a bit of grading with the loader for me and when the job was done brought back some top soil so I could plant some grass in the spring. They did an expert job of clearing the canopies and felling the logs. They cut smaller logs into firewood sizes and stacked it nicely where I requested and chipped/hauled away everything I didn't want. The lawn was a bit torn up, but to be honest I don't see any other way around it and they did a really great job of cleaning up. <br /> I was extremely pleased with the result and appreciated how professional they were.  If I ever need to have more trees removed Chad will be the guy I call first. <br /> The stump grinding guy (forget his name) also did a great job. <br />

I called Chad about removing a tree that was very close to my house and my neighbors house. I was mostly concerned about not damaging either roof or house. Chad showed up this morning, ON-TIME....presented me with a good quote, and did the work on the spot! I AM WAY IMPRESSED!!! I'm in the real estate business, and was introduced to him by someone when I needed a tree removed from a clients back yard. He did a great job there, and a great job at my house this morning. I'll be recommending him regularly!!! <br />

Chad was really responsive in providing a written estimate and getting us scheduled for removing trees. One tree was very close to house, but had no problems. The stumps were removed a few days later. Would definitely use Chad's services in the future. <br />

Chad from Artistic Touch Tree Service was very responsive to our needs. The company removed a large tree, stump and roots. They also trimmed another large tree and removed several branches from three (3) other trees where access was very limited. My neighbors were so impressed, they hired Artistic Touch on the spot to remove two (2) trees from their backyard. The yard was cleaned and the crew was very professional. I would definitely use this company again. <br />

We had several dead, very tall old poplar trees as well as a large cherry tree that we wanted to harvest for the wood. Chad came with two trucks, a chipper, a bucket, a Bobcat, and two helpers. He had a bucket that he used to get to the tops of the trees to trim them from the top. We watched him and his crew work and were very impressed with their expertise to take down the trees in pieces with such care. He was very careful to minimize damage to the yard with the truck and the large pieces of wood that fell into the yard. Some of the branches were on ropes and lowered to the yard. We were amazed watching them work. We believe they took care to minimize the yard damage as much as possible with all the equipment. Because it had rained a few days before they came, the ground was a little soft. They used ply wood on the yard to back the truck into the yard to use the bucket the cut the top branches. We have some dents in the yard, but it is not torn up as it could have been had they not taken such care. We had about 7 trees taken down and removed. The cost was $1875 for all of these trees and removal. They had a chipper that they used for the branches and had a truck to put the pieces of the tree trucks into to haul off. They were here for over 9 hours and worked efficiently while they were here. They came the day before a bad storm was forecast. They took down a dead tree at our daughter's home when they finished here. Her tree was dead and leaning towards their house. That tree was down and gone before they left for the night. Chad is so good that a total of 6 of us in our development used him to take down trees. <br /> We have more trees to come down after REMC trims the tops out of some that are close to power lines. We will have Chad come out and take down those trees and then grind all the stumps. Chad is very competent and has a great crew. He is bonded and insured and he and his crew really know what they are doing. They work as a great team. We recommend them to anyone wanting tree work. We chose to have all the tree limbs and trunks removed. He can also just take down the trees. With huge 80-100 foot tall trees, we did not want to try to take them down ourselves. He really knows what he is doing and is very efficient. We will be using him again and recommend him to anyone needing tree service. <br />

I contacted Chad and requested a quote, which was given in a very short time. He indicated that due to the sixe of the trees that he would wait until the ground was a little more firm. He later called and indicated that he felt that the time was right for the job and wanted to confirm that it was ok with me for him to procede. <br /> The job exceeded my expectations and Chad even noticed a few other tree that needed attention as well.
