The railing was installed while I was not home. The finish was a new product they tried: matte but uneven, full of dirt and hair, and just nasty-looking. Also was rusting within a week. They sent out painters whose only English words were "You want shiny?" One railing was also installed out of square. They tried to bang it out, damaging the recently re-grouted porch. Finally had to cut side away, drill into slate, and take that side back to shop for repair. Finish of railings is very unattractive and rusting, hair and fuzz. Not the factory-finish we were told to expect. Re-painted on site with gloss paint. Not what I expected at all in hiring this company.

The material looked wonderful, but apparently it is defective and peeling, I have been trying reach out to him about the issue but he is very unresponsive. He did tell me that he would get back to me but never did. I would just like to have some resolution or to even have him tell me over the phone what to do.
